The competition commences at 9:00am AEST 11/04/2016 and closes at midnight 30/06/16.
Entry is open to all Homemakers Furniture customers who enter through the Homemakers Furniture website competition page, accessible at www.homemakersfurniture.com.au.
To enter the competition, entrants must tell Homemakers Furniture in 25 words or less what their dream room would be, and enter their contact details to be eligible to win the grand prize. Please note, all questions must be answered to be eligible to win.
Entry is only open to residents from NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, WA, SA/TAS inclusive. Directors, management and employees of Homemakers Furniture and its agencies directly associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, place of residence) and Homemakers Furniture can disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
The draw will take place at 12noon (AEST) on 4/07/2016 at Unit 25, 137-145 Rooks Rd, Vermont, VIC, 3133.
There will be one (1) prize winner. Each eligible entry will be entered into the draw and will be randomly drawn.
The winners will be notified by telephone (within 2 days) and by email.
The prize awarded to the winner is the selection of Homemakers product of up to the value of $3000. The $3000 is on goods only, and is based on recommended retail price (not sale price), or any other offer. No refund will be offered. Total prize value is excluding freight – Homemakers Furniture will arrange this.
If, despite every reasonable effort, we cannot contact a prize winner, we will retain the prize for one week after the draw. At the end of the week, if the prize remains unclaimed, a redraw will be conducted at 12noon (AEST) on 8/07/16 at Unit 25, 137-145 Rooks Rd, Vermont, VIC, 3133. The redrawn winners will be notified by telephone (within 2 days) and by email.
Winners maybe asked to participate in promotional activities relating to the competition, including, but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed. Should the winner agree they are granting Homemakers Furniture a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such material and photographs in all media in the promotion of Homemakers Furniture and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
Homemakers Furniture shall not be liable to any participant in the Competition for any loss or damage whatsoever (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australia’s regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may use the entrant‘s personal details for any marketing, promotional or publicity purposes that are not related to this competition. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
