COMPETITION PERIOD
Australian residents:
The Competition commences on Thursday 13 January 2022 at 00:01 (AEDT) and concludes on Monday 14 February 2022 at 23:59 (AEDT).
New Zealand residents:
The Competition commences on Thursday 13 January 2022 at 02:01 (NZDT) and concludes on Tuesday 15 February 2022 at 01:59 (NZDT).
Entry received outside of the Competition Period will not be accepted by the Promoter and will be deemed to be invalid.
ELIGIBILE ENTRANTS
Entry into this Competition is only open to persons who are:
Australian or New Zealand residents; and
Aged 18 years and over at the start of the competition period; and
A member of the Witchery Rewards program at the time of entering.

INELIGIBILE ENTRANTS
Directors, management, officers, employees and contractors of the Promoter and Promoter’s related bodies corporate and associated agencies, retailers, suppliers and companies, and their immediate families.
For the purposes of this clause, "immediate families" includes his or her spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child, stepchild, adopted child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, siblings, step-siblings, or first cousin, whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, officer, employee or contractor.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, entrants must, during the Competition Period complete the competition Entry Form.

Each Eligible Entrant who submits a valid entry form via the competition landing page will be entered into the draw to win a $3,000 Witchery wardrobe.
LIMITS OF ENTRY
Only one (1) entry per Entrant is permitted. I.e. entrants may submit one (1) entry form for the competition.
Any Entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party, or otherwise by proxy, will be invalid.
An Entry must not be late, incomplete or incomprehensible or contain any content that infringes the rights (including intellectual property rights) of any person or is unlawful, obscene, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, libellous, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate, or capable of violating any law or giving rise to any civil liability.
JUDGING CRITERA
This Competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the Winners.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to any or all aspects of this Competition is at its complete discretion, final and binding on all persons who enter this Competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
PRIZE DRAWS
Major Prize draw of all valid Entries received within the Competition Period will be drawn at Witchery Fashions Pty Ltd Head Office at Level 2, Building 2, 572 Swan Street, Burnley VIC 3121, at 15:00 AEDST on Monday 21 February 2022 where one winner will be selected (“Grand Prize Winner”).
PRIZE DETAILS
One winner will receive a $3,000 Witchery Reward loaded onto their Witchery Rewards account ($3,000 TOTAL prize draw). Rewards will be valid for 36 months from the date of issues unless otherwise stated or unless otherwise required by law.
TOTAL PRIZE DETAILS
The maximum total value of the Prizes awarded in this Competition is AUD/NZ $3,000.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNER
The Grand Prize Winner will be notified via email by 17:00 AEDST on Monday 21 February 2022 of their success and will be directed to email the Promoter with any details required to deliver the Grand Prize.
The Promoter will take no responsibility if a Winner's details are incorrect or incomplete and the Winner cannot be contacted.
PRIZE REDEMPTION
Witchery is responsible for the delivery of the $3,000 Witchery Reward to the selected winner which delivery will be by means of Witchery loading $3,000 onto the winner’s Witchery Rewards account.
SECOND CHANCE DRAW
The Promoter reserves the right to appoint a new winner if:
A Winner cannot be contacted within 3 months
The Grand Prize cannot be redeemed by the Winner(s)
A Second Chance Draw of all valid Entries received within the Competition Period will be drawn at Witchery Fashions Pty Ltd head office at Level 2, Building 2, 572 Swan Street, Burnley VIC 3121, at 15:00 AEDST on Tuesday 10 May 2022 where one second chance winner will be selected.
The Second Chance Winner will be notified via telephone call by 17:00 AEDST on Monday 23 May 2022 of their success and will be directed to email the Promoter with any details required to deliver the Grand Prize.
The Promoter will take no responsibility if a Winner's details are incorrect or incomplete and the Winner cannot be contacted.

PRIZE LIMITATIONS
The Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be paid if a Winner is unable to use the Prize. In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a Prize, or element of it, of equal or greater value.
The Winners must be ready, willing, and able to receive and/or participate in the Prize as required by these terms and conditions.
