Win a 3-night escape to Melbourne! - TERMS & CONDITIONS: This competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and over. This competition is a sweepstake by nature and is governed by the laws of Queensland. Staff, suppliers, wholesalers and associates of Imagine Hotels & Resorts are not eligible to enter. The competition will begin on Tuesday 20 December 2016 and will end on Monday 16 January 2017 at 10.00am (QLD Time). The winners will be drawn at random at 10.05am on Monday 16 January, 2017. Imagine Hotels & Resorts will notify the winners via email using the email addresses provided at the time of entry. If the selected winner does not confirm their acceptance of the prize within two (2) business days after the date of the drawing or after two (2) attempts to contact the entrant, then Imagine Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to award the prize(s) to another entrant selected from the remaining eligible entries. This process will continue until the prize(s) are awarded and officially accepted. Imagine Hotels & Resorts accepts no responsibility and denies any legal liability for winner notifications that are not received for any reason. One prize will be awarded. The prize consists of a 3 night stay at Imagine Marco in Melbourne in a two-bedroom Executive Sky Apartment and a $500 contribution towards flights. The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. The prize is valid for 6 months only and must be redeemed prior to 31 July 2017. Block out dates apply for the following 2017 dates - 4-7 February, 23-26 March. Reservation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
