 By entering the competition, and by collecting a prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. The winner, for themselves and their executors, releases the Promoter and the prize givers, their agents, officers and employees, from any and all legal claims in connection with any death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses arising from or connected with the collection or enjoyment of the prize. 
Employees of all prize givers and competition promoters are not able to enter, nor are their immediate family members.
Holidays for Couples retains the right to modify the competition close date.
Winner will be notified by email and are expected to claim the prize by return email within 5 working days. If prize is not claimed within this time frame then Holidays for Couples retains the right to draw and notify a new winner. This will happen until the prize is claimed.
