Win a 30 second product grab - SMIGGLE COMPETITION CONDITIONS OF ENTRY Schedule to the Conditions of Entry 1. Competition Win 30 Second Grab 2. Promoter Smiggle 3. Promoter’s Website www.smiggle.com 4. Entry Restrictions (clause 4) Entry to the Competition is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who submit a valid entry in accordance with these Conditions of Entry 5. Competition Period (clause 5) Commences: 9am Melbourne Time Wednesday 18th July 2018 Ends: 5pm Melbourne Time Tuesday 31st July 2018 6. Entry Method (clause 5) To enter, entrants must: 1. Visit a Smiggle store or visit smiggle.com; and 2. Fill out an entry form in store or online and tell us: ‘which you would make and why; a snowman or a sandman?’; and 3. Post their entry into the competition mailbox instore or submit their entry online at smiggle.com. 7. Maximum Number of Entries (clause 5) Not Applicable. Entrants may enter as many times as they like however each entry must have a different answer to the question ‘which you would make and why; a snowman or a sandman?’ 8. Judging Details (clause 5) A panel established by the Promoter will review all entries and select the winning entries. Entries will be judged by the Promoter on 14 August 2018 at approximately 4:30pm Melbourne Time at 457 St Kilda Road, Melbourne. This is a game of skill: chance plays no part in determining prize winners. Entries will be individually judged on their creative merit, originality and the suitability to the Competition. See also Conditions of Entry. 9. Prize (clause 6) The maximum number of prize winners across Australia and New Zealand is eight (8) There will be: 1. Six (6) prize winners resident in Australia; and 2. Two (2) prize winners resident in New Zealand. The prize is a ’30 second product grab’ for the winners. To redeem the prize, the winners will be invited to attend a Smiggle store and collect (using their hands and arms only) as many Smiggle products as they can carry in one continuous 30 second period. Trolleys, bags, baskets and the like and any form of outside or third party assistance is not permitted when participating in the 30 second product grab. Travel to and from the Smiggle store is at the winner’s own cost. The winner must be available, before or after standard store opening hours to redeem the prize. The date and the time for the visit will be mutually agreed between Smiggle and the winner. 10. Winner(s) Notification (clause 5) Each winner will be contacted by the Promoter by email on 21st August 2018 before 5.00pm Melbourne Time. 11. Permit Number (if applicable) Not Applicable
