On weekdays, between 6.00am – 9.30am (AEST) Friday 1 May, 2020 and Thursday 7 May, 2019, the Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will: (a) select up to ten [10] entrants [with five [5] entrants per participating state] judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entry (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries submitted up until that stage during the Promotion Period (Selected Entrant); (b) contact the Selected Entrant/s on their Personal Contact Number (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter); and (c) if the Selected Entrant participates in an on air segment for the purpose of this Promotion (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter), they will be deemed a Minor Prize winner and will be awarded a Minor Prize (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion). For the avoidance of doubt, there will be up to ten [10] Selected Entrants invited to appear on air, with five [5] x entrants per participating State, and awarded a Minor Prize on air during the Promotion Period. Between 7.00am – 11.00am [AEST] on Monday 11 May, 2020, the Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will: (d) select one [1] entrant judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entry (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries submitted up until that stage during the Promotion Period (Selected Entrant); (e) contact the Selected Entrant on their Personal Contact Number (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter); and (f) if the Selected Entrant participates in an on air segment for the purpose of this Promotion (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter), they will be deemed the Major Prize winner and will be awarded the Major Prize (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion). For the avoidance of doubt, there will be one [1] Selected Entrant invited to appear on air and awarded the Major Prize on air during the Promotion Period. At various times during the Promotion Period, representatives of the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) contact entrants for the purpose of recording their “Message for Mum” (Message) to be broadcast on-air. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that their message may be broadcast on-air during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, entrants that are contacted for the purposes of recording their Message to be broadcast, outside of the times and dates detailed above in the Entry Method, will not be deemed Minor Prize winners. For the avoidance of doubt, whether an entrant elects to record a Message, will have no bearing on the Judging and Judging Criteria. 9. Entry Restrictions Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number), to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number) and grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number for the purposes of recording a call to be played on air. Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method: 6.00am [AEDT] and 5.00pm [AEDT] on weekdays during the Promotion Period, for the purposes of recording a call to be played back on air on Mother’s Day, or to be awarded a Minor or the Major Prize. If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting another entrant and inviting them to appear on air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable). If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable). For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on air on weekdays from during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize. 10. Judging All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) for the Minor Prizes, on weekdays, between 9.00am – 10.00am [AEDT] from Friday 1 May, 2020 to Thursday 7 May, 2020. All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoters sole and absolute discretion) for the Major Prize between 7.00am – 11.00am [AEDT] on Monday 11 May, 2020. For the avoidance of doubt, all valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) to determine a Major Prize winner – winning a Minor Prize has no bearing over the Major Prize judging. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria. 11. Judging Criteria All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion). Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on air game, the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on air game. 12. Prize Minor Prize Competition Terms and Conditions Terms of Entry 1 Schedule and Terms of Entry (a) These Terms of Entry must be read together with the Schedule for this Promotion. The Schedule defines certain terminology used in these Terms of Entry. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept these Terms of Entry. (b) To the extent of any inconsistency between the Schedule and these Terms of Entry, the Schedule prevails. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter’s General Terms of Entry (available on the relevant Website) do not apply to this Promotion. 2 Eligible Entrants (a) Eligible States and Territories.
