Win a 365 day movie pass or 1 of 10 HTC One handsets! - Entry is open to all Australian residents, aged 18 years and over, other than management, employees or contractors of the Promoter and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prizes), and their immediate families ("Eligible Entrants"). To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must: a) take a photograph using a digital camera, mobile phone or tablet; b) visit the Telstra New Years Eve Facebook page located at https://www.facebook.com/Telstra (“Website”); c) upload the photograph on the Website (“Entry Photo”); and d) add Reg Mombassa’s New Years Eve artwork icons to their Entry Photo (there is no limit to how many icons can be added to the Entry Photo); e) complete all of the required entry details including email address; ("Eligible Entry"). The 10 Eligible Entrants (excluding the winner in clause10) deemed by the judges, in the judges’ sole and absolute discretion, to have the next 10 most ‘votes’ on the Website will each receive from the Promoter a prize valued at $754.50 (including GST), consisting of: a) a HTC One handset, valued at $696.00; and b) a double Gold Class voucher valid for any Event Cinemas, Greater Union, Birch Carroll & Coyle or Village Cinemas in all Australian states except for NT and ACT, valued at $58.50 (including GST). (each a “Minor Prize”).
