"Contesting Day" means an individual day during the Contesting Period. "Contesting Segment" means an individual
Contesting Segment on a Contesting Day.
Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC and WA.
Maximum Entries Entrants can enter as many times as they like. Once an entrant has been awarded a prize, they must not continue to attempt
to enter.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must either:
1. Listen to Kennedy Molloy on a Contesting Day and telephone the station competition line following the broadcast of
a cue to call, and be selected by the Promoter in accordance with the Judging Details to participate on air;
OR
2. Visit the Website during the Online Registration Period to register their details, including by answering the question
specified by the Promoter at the point of entry.
On each Contesting Day, the Promoter will judge all valid entries received (both on-air and online entries) in accordance with
the Judging Details to determine a number of entrants to be placed on the standby list as a Finalist.
Each Finalist will be required to submit their boat name in accordance with the Promoter’s instructions and then, at the end of
the Contesting Period, the Promoter will judge all entries in accordance with the Judging Details to determine one Major Prize
winner.
Judging Details All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Judging criteria: All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality, suitability, entertainment value or as otherwise
specified. Where entrants submit a guess or answer to question(s) the Promoter will judge the accuracy of an answer and
there may be a time factor applied.

arrangements. Unless otherwise specified, the Prize will be available for collection from the dealership nominated by the
Promoter. Major Prize winner is responsible for holding any necessary licences and complying with any applicable laws and
regulations to use the boat. The Major Prize does not include any accessories not specified. All optional extras and
accessories, fuel, personal costs and all other ancillary or related costs are excluded.

Winner/s will be notified by phone at the time of/immediately after winning.
