The Competition is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 and under the age of 69 or 74 depending on the new travel insurance policy plan purchased. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors of the Promoters (and their immediate families) or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion shall not be eligible to participate in this Competition.  PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: This Competition shall commence at 12:01am (AEST) on 4 August 2016 and end at 11:59pm (AEDST) on 30 September 2016 (“Competition Period”). HOW TO ENTER: Participants must purchase a new Priceline Protects travel insurance policy from pricelineprotects.com.au and tell us in 25 words or less, on the declaration page of the online process, “where you would go on a holiday with Luxury Escapes and what you would take from Priceline Pharmacy?” The competition entry form will appear once the customer has entered their personal details. Participants may enter the Competition once with each new purchase of a Priceline Protects travel insurance policy. For each entry to be valid, participants are required to enter their personal details. It is each participant's responsibility to ensure that all personal data including his or her contact details provided are valid and correct. This is a game of skill and entries will be judged by the Promoters based on creativity and the winner will be chosen at the Promoters absolute discretion. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition is final and binding on each person who enters.
