4 night Health and Fitness Retreat in a beachside House in Suffolk Park, Byron Bay. Prize is for a maximum of 1 person. This offer is for retreat 6-10th of March only. This offer is non exchangeable, non transferable and not redeemable for cash. Voucher must be presented on arrival. Prize does NOT include transportation/flights to or from Byron Bay. RETAIL VALUE OF RETREAT is  up to $2800.
ELIGIBILITY:
You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry to win and as prize does not include transport to Byron Bay must be willing to make your own way to the retreat, even if residing overseas.  Employees of Spell Pty Ltd or Paleo Health Retreats or affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate families of each and those living in the household of same are ineligible to participate in this giveaway. Entrant must be following @spell_byronbay and @paleohealthretreats on instagram at the time of the drawing to be eligible. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter you must have an Instagram account. Find the giveaway on @spell_byronbay feed or by searching the hash tag #PHRgiveaway. Screen grab and re-post to your instagram feed. Tag and follow @spell_byronbay and @paleohealthretreats and hash tag #PHRgiveaway and in your comment let us know why you need a luxury beach front health retreat in Byron Bay.  If your account is set to private we will not be able to view your entry.  All Instagram reposts must be made by 11:59 p.m. EST on 11th January 2015.
WINNER SELECTION:
There will be a total of 1 winner, chosen by the team at Paleo Health Retreats after reading all entries. In the event the potential winner does not qualify or are not willing to accept the prize, there will be an alternate winner chosen from among eligible entries. All decisions of Spell/PHR are final and binding and no discussion will be entered into.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNER:
The prize winner will be notified via instagram.  If the potential prize winner cannot be reached within five business days, another eligible entry will be drawn and another potential prize winner will be notified.
PRIZE DELIVERY:
Prize certificate will be emailed to the winner within 2 weeks of prize draw.
