When and where will the competition be drawn?
The competition will be drawn at 12 noon (AEST) on the 25th October 2023 at The Explore Life HQ, 16/2 CALABRO WAY, Burleigh Heads, QLD, 4220 or an alternate location depending on availability.
How will the winners be informed?
Winners will be notified by phone call, email, and mail within 7 days of the draw. The winner's first name, last name, and postcode will be published on the website (www.theexplorelife.com.au) within 30 days of the draw.
How are winners selected?
Winners will be drawn using a computerized random selection program to ensure a fair and equal chance of winning.
Can the prize be exchanged for cash?
No, prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
What happens if the prize isn't claimed?
If the prize is not claimed within a reasonable period, a redraw will occur 2 months from the initial end date of the competition in the same location and mode of selection. The new winner will be notified in writing within 7 days and their details published on the website within 30 days of the new drawn date.
