The Promotional Period is Mon 29th November to 11:59pm Tuesday 10 January 2023.
The prize will be drawn on Thursday 12 January 2023 and winners will be notied by email.
If the winner(s) cannot be reached within 5 working days, the Promoter may redraw a new
prize winner without liability to any person.

To enter you must agree to subscribe to Inspiring Journeys and Harris Farm email communications, you will receive one (1) entry in the Competition. There is a limit of one (1) Entry
per person, per email address throughout the entire promotion. Entries received after the
closing date will not be accepted.
You must complete all required elds on the online entry form to successfully enter.
Valid contact details including your full name, email address and phone number which
must be provided at the time of entry to successfully enter.
The Promotion is open to Australian residents only.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
By entering the Competition, you agree to share your entry information with the Promoter
to be used for promotion administration, winner notication and email marketing purposes.
Any Personal Information that is provided will be collected by Inspiring Journeys for the
purpose of conducting the Competition and managed in accordance with our Privacy
Policy available at https://inspiringjourneys.com/privacy-policy Inspiring Journeys may
disclose this Personal Information to its employees, contractors and agents to assist in
operating the Competition or communicating with participants. Entry is conditional on
providing this information. Inspiring Journeys may, for an indenite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes
including sending electronic messages to the entrant. Direct marketing may relate to
travel services which are oered by other companies within the AAT Kings Group or third
parties selected by us. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct

The prize winner agrees to allow the Promoter to photograph and lm them and use their
full name for marketing and publicity use without compensation.
The Promoter agrees to keep all personal details obtained via the Promotion condential.
The Promoter agrees that such information may be used only by the Promoter after the
Promotional Period.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late or misdirected entries. Entries must be
submitted through the online entry form, in full, to be considered valid.
The Promoter's decision as to the winner is nal and binding. No correspondence will be
entered into in relation to the conduct of the Competition or otherwise.
The prize is not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for a variation in the value of the prize or the
suitability of the prize for its intended purpose and the winner accepts the prize on an ‘as
is’ basis.
The Promoter accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever
that may arise in any way from the use of the prize or the conduct of the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
Entry into the Competition is deemed conrmation that the entrant has necessary authority to enter the Promotion.
PRIZE: A travel voucher for $5,000 AUD to be used as a credit to oset the cost of a future
trip with Inspiring Journeys.
The following terms and conditions apply to the Inspiring Journeys Travel Voucher:
The voucher must be used on a trip within 3 years of issue.
If the winner redeems their voucher on a trip that is valued at less than the $5,000 AUD the
remaining value will stay on le available for use until 31 December 2023.
The voucher cannot be used on Optional Experiences, Single Supplement or any unscheduled meals.
The voucher cannot be redeemed on domestic or international ights.
The voucher is not eligible for elements of a trip that use a third-party supplier including
experiences, cruise, rail, and international or internal ights.
The prize is not transferable or assignable, or redeemable for cash or any other consideration.
The prize winner is responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and/or
local laws and regulations, including, without limitation, the payment of all applicable
taxes. They are also responsible for all air or insurance requirements related to their trip.
The tour must be booked directly with Inspiring Journeys at least forty-ve (45) days in
advance of the travel date.
Prize must be redeemed in accordance with the operating Brands’ booking terms and conditions.
