Entry into the Dermal TherapyTM ‘Win A Platinum Personal Stylist Makeover competition (the “Competition”) is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over on the first day of the Competition Period, other than the officers, management and employees (or immediate family of an officer, manager or employee) of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate or the agencies associated with this Competition (“Eligibility Criteria”).
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Competition begins at 00.01 AEST on Monday 1st September 2014 and closes at 23:59 AEDT on Friday 30th November 2014 (“Competition Period”). To enter the Competition and be eligible to win, entrants must:
(a) Satisfy the Eligibility Criteria;
(b) purchase 1 unit of any of the following: Dermal TherapyTM Heel Balm 100g, Dermal TherapyTM Heel Balm 50g, Dermal TherapyTM Heel-MagicTM, Dermal TherapyTM Heel Balm PlatinumTM 75g, Dermal TherapyTM WartstopTM, Dermal TherapyTM FungistopTM, Dermal TherapyTM BlistopTM from any participating retailer during the Competition Period (each such purchase of 1 unit being a “Purchase”)
(c) Answer the following question in 25 words or less online entry (as detailed in Condition 2 below): “Tell us in 25 words or less ‘Why you love Dermal Therapy Heel Balm PlatinumTM?’” (“Competition Question”); and (d) complete an online entry at www.dermaltherapy.com.au/platinummakeover during the Competition Period. Proof of purchase is required as part of the process for online entry. Multiple entries per person are accepted. Only 1 entry per purchase will be valid. Proof of purchase before the end of the competition period must be retained & will be requested of the prize winners to verify eligibility.
HOW TO ENTER:
All entries must include the entrant’s name, address, postcode, daytime phone number (including area code), mobile phone number (if applicable), email address (if applicable) and date of birth to be eligible for entry. All entries must be the original, independent creation of the entrant and must not incorporate material, which has been previously published. Incomplete entries or those containing copyright material of third parties, pre-used, defamatory or offensive content will be ineligible to win the Prize. It is the entrant’s responsibility to inform the Promoter if their contact details provided change during or after the Competition Period.

PRIZES:
There are 4 prizes in total, valued at over $8,000.
(a) The major prize consists of: A $5,000 Visa debit card that must be used at a single major shopping centre or street strip centre location of the winner’s choice within
25km radius of the winner’s Australian residence. It includes a 4 hour shopping experience with a professional fashion stylist (of the promoter’s choice) who will give styling tips and suggestions, to the winner only, about the most suitable clothing and accessories for them. The 4 hour period cannot be spread over more than one day and cannot be taken on a public holiday. No travel expenses are included with this prize.
(b) The three next most creative entries judged will win one of minor prizes, which consist of: A Visa debit card, to the value of $1000.
The total maximum Prize pool value is valued at over $8,000. All Prize values are in Australian dollars inclusive of GST.
