What are the prize details for this competition?

Win a $5,000 shopping spree! - Entry is open only to all residents of Western Australia (WA) 18 years and older. In order to enter the competition entrants must visit perthnow.com.au/win, complete their details and vote for their favourite City of Perth shopfront window. There will be ten (10) finalists of which four (4) will be deemed the major prize winners. The major prize winner (1) will receive: A $5,000 shopping voucher from the City of Perth TOTAL VALUE OF PRIZE IS $20,000.
