Registration for the ClearView $5,000 Holiday Promotion can only be made by booking an appointment with a ClearView Financial Planner through a participating credit union branch either over the phone or in branch. Participating credit union branches include Banana Coast Credit Union, Berrima District Credit Union, Coastline Credit Union, Qantas Staff Credit Union, Queensland Country Credit Union, The Community Mutual Group and SGE Credit Union.
Only appointments that have been made by 30 June, 2013 through a participating branch and attended by Wednesday 31 July, 2013 will be eligible and included in the draw for the Prize. All eligible entrants will be automatically entered into the prize draw provided that the Conditions of Entry are met and they have not indicated to ClearView that they do not wish to be entered. There is no requirement to complete an entry form to be eligible to enter the prize draw.
The first valid entry drawn from all entries received during the promotional period will win a AUD$5,000 (Five thousand dollars) travel voucher to be used at itravel ABN 68 069 654 860, Travel Agent License No. 2TA4250.
