Pick Your Paradise Travel Giveaway
Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acknowledgment of these Conditions of Entry.
Entry is only open to NSW residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, and their families, of the Promoter, Winston Hills Mall ("Centre") retailers, or agencies and companies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter.
The promotional period commences 12/11/2018 at 10.30am and will close 20/12/2018 at 11:59pm.
To enter this promotion, customers of Winston Hills Mall must spend a minimum of $30 at any specialty store or $80 or more at any supermarket in-centre to be eligible to enter.
Customers can enter by completing the online entry form via our Winston Hills Mall App which will earn them two (2) entries or by collecting an entry form in-centre. If entering via physical entry form, the customer must complete this entry form and place into the marked barrel during the promotional period.
A barrel draw will take place at 10:30am on 21/12/2018. An independent scrutineer will be present to witness the draw take place. The first three valid tickets drawn from the barrel will receive one major prize pack each as outlined below.
If any ticket drawn is deemed to be invalid a redraw will take place.
Each entrant may only win one prize pack. If the same winner is drawn out multiple times, a redraw will take place.
Each major prize pack consists of a $5,000 Travel Voucher to spend at Helloworld Winston Hills Mall. This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
There are 3 major prize packs to be won. Each prize pack is valued at $5,000.
Total prize pool for this promotion is $15,000.
The winners will be notified via phone and/or email within 2 days of the draw taking place.
The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prize and these Conditions of Entry, subject to the approval of the gaming authority in NSW where relevant.
The Promoter, and agencies and companies associated with the promotion, will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, either directly or indirectly as a result of entering this promotion, or accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may enter personal information (i.e. names, addresses, emails and other similar information) relating to each entrant into a database used for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant. The Promoter may provide personal information relating to entrants to organisations that assist the Promoter with promotional, marketing and publicity activities. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
