III. agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy; and
IV. submit the fully completed entry form.
Once the entry form has been submitted, entrants will be directed to a thank you page, where they will be given the opportunity to receive two (2) additional entries into the draw by submitting the correct answer to the quiz question listed on the thank you page as prompted (using the drop down menu provided).
