During the Competition Period:
(a) To enter, participants must visit the Competition Website www.chooseyes.com.au
during the Competition Period and fully complete the online entry form, including
by providing their name, DOB, address, state, contact number and email address
(b) All entrants will also need to upload your own personal “yes moment” photograph
and answer two (2) Competition Questions (in 25 words or less each) – “tell us
about your yes moment” (example of an answer “My yes moment is enjoying the
sun and a drink with my bestie on the way home from work”), and “why you chose
YES?” (example of an answer “usually I would go straight home from work, it’s
been really hot so I took advantage of the catch up... it’s really hot at home”).
(c) Each valid entry received by the Promoter during the Competition Period will be
individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter.
(d) The Promoter will select one (1) entry that it deems to be the “best” and most
“creative” (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion and
based on the Judging Criteria) from all valid entries received during the
Competition Period.
(e) Entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by the Promoter (in the form of
a thank you for entering pop up on the Competition Website) and not the time of
transmission by the entrant. Records of the Promoter are a final and conclusive
record of the time of receipt.
(f) The Promoter will then announce the winner on-air and telephone the winning
entrant (as judged by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion) and they
will be deemed the winner and will receive a Prize.
All Entrants will be required to submit a photo of themselves and their friends enjoying
their own “yes moment” which is an entry requirement into this Competition. Entrants
who supply a photo as part of their entry for the Competition must ensure that all third
parties appearing in the photo submitted have expressly consented to the entrant
using their image as part of their entry. Entrants must confirm that have approval from
any other party appearing in the photo submitted by the entrant by ticking the entry
tick box which states; “all the people in this photograph have given their permission for
this photo to be used for my entry”. Entrants that have not received permission and
ticked the box on the entry page may be deemed as invalid entries as determined by
the Promoter in the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion.
