Who can enter the competition?
The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older. Employees of Hockey Australia, Adina Hotels, their immediate families, and any associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
When does the competition close?
The competition closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on Thursday, 19 December 2024.
How can you enter the competition?
To enter, eligible participants must: 1. Complete the online entry form at [Hockey Adina Partnership Hub](https://hockey-adina.partnership-hub.com/). 2. Provide their first name, last name, email address, mobile number, postcode, and responses to the survey questions. 3. Accept the terms and conditions and submit the form. Entries are limited to one per person. Late entries will not be accepted.
What is the prize?
One (1) major prize includes: - A five-night stay in a two-bedroom apartment at any Adina Hotel in Australia or New Zealand. - The prize is valued at up to AUD $5,500 (excluding GST). Travel arrangements to and from the Adina Hotel are not included in the prize.
What is the total prize pool value?
The total prize pool is valued at AUD $5,500 (excluding GST).
When will the winner be announced and notified?
The winner will be chosen by a random draw at 10:00 AM AEDT on Thursday, 9 January 2025. - They will be notified via email and phone by Friday, 10 January 2025. - The winner’s name will be published on the [competition website](https://hockey-adina.partnership-hub.com/) from 10 January 2025.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
If the winner does not claim the prize by 10:00 AM AEDT on 30 January 2025, a redraw will occur at 11:00 AM AEDT on the same day at the same location. The new winner will also be notified by email and phone, and their name will be published on the competition website.
Additional information
By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and details for promotional purposes by Hockey Australia without further compensation. The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Hockey Australia reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
