1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.

2. WHO CAN ENTER?

2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to residents of Australia where the Channel Seven signal is
received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate family members of Seven Network (Operations) Limited
(“Promoter”), Universal Pictures International Australasia Pty Limited (Universal) (“Sponsor”) and their
associated agencies and companies and any prize suppliers are not eligible to enter.
2.3 In this clause 2, a reference to “Immediate Family Member” includes a spouse, defacto spouse,
parent, natural or adopted child or sibling.
2.4 If the Prize Winner (“Winner”) is unable to complete the travel to Bali within 12 months of
winner notification they will be deemed invalid therefore will forfeit the prize in full and a rejudging will take place as specified in these terms and conditions.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Monday 12 September 2022 at 5.30am (AEST) and concludes on
Friday 16 September 2022 at 10.00am (AEST) (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to enter, viewers must:
• Visit the Sunrise website and register their full name, address (including state and postcode),
email address, and mobile phone number on the Tickets to Paradise Competition page
[Sunrise.com.au]; and
• Submit an answer to the competition question, “Tell us in 25 words or less where is paradise for
you?”.
3.3 Entries must be received by Friday 16 September 2022 at 10.00am (AEST).
3.4 Entries are limited to one entry per person per day. However, each entry must be significantly
different to any previous entry.
3.5 The entry must be:
(a) the original independent creation of the entrant;
(b) written in English; and
(c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by other
parties.

3.6 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The prize
winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use their entries in all
media worldwide and the prize winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
3.7 Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive or
inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to infringe any
intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity, will be considered
ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no
correspondence will be entered into.
3.8 Neither the Promoters nor Sponsor are responsible for any data or other information related to this
competition that may be lost, damaged as a result of any computer software or hardware
malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of computer / server/ software problems will be
rectified as quickly as possible.
3.9 Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the entry will
be deemed invalid.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be one (1) prize winner of the Competition. The one (1) prize winner (“Winner”) will be
awarded:
A trip to Denpasar, Bali (the “Prize”) for the Winner and one (1) travelling companion including:
• Two (2) return flights from your nearest capital city to Denpasar, Bali to the maximum value of
$4,000.
• Return airport transfers for two (2)
• Five (5) nights shared 5-star accommodation for two (2) in Seminyak
• Dinner Cruise for two (2)
• Day Spa Package to the value of $500
• $1,000 Spending Money
• Travel Insurance RRP $500
TOTAL MAXIMUM PRIZE POOL VALUE: $10,260.00 AUD
4.2 Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or traded for an alternative prize.
4.3 The Winner must confirm their preferred travel dates with the Promoter within 45 days of winner
notification.
4.4 The Prize travel must be completed on the dates specified in clause 4.1. The Prize is based on two
(2) people sharing twin/double rooms in accommodation.
4.5 Prize inclusions and details are correct as of Thursday 18 August 2022 however subject to change
without advance notice.
4.6 Unless specified, the Winner and their travelling companion are responsible for all other expenses
incurred including but not limited to taxes, transport, accommodation, meals, beverages, travel
insurance, passports, excess baggage, and items of a personal nature are the sole responsibility of
the entrant.
4.7 The Winner and their travelling companion may extend their stay at an additional cost. The Promoter
and Sponsor are not liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of extending the travel.
4.8 Travel insurance is not included (unless specified in the prize inclusions) but is highly
recommended.
4.9 Any specified accommodation, restaurants, events and tours are subject to availability at the time of
booking. Alternatives may be offered dependent on availability. If any prize is unavailable, the

Promoter and/or Sponsor in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the
equal or greater value.
4.10 Once confirmed in writing, travel dates and names of those travelling are not changeable without
incurring extra fees. The Promoter and Sponsor do not accept responsibility for any fees incurred as
a result of any changes made and these costs will be borne by the Winner and their companion.
4.11 The Winner and their travelling companion must travel at the same time, must depart from the same
capital city and, unless specified otherwise, are responsible to organize transfers and cover
associated costs for transport from their residence to their nearest capital city for flight departure.
4.12 The Winner, or their travelling companion, may be required to provide a credit card in order to
check-in at the accommodation for a security deposit, and to cover any incidental charges.
4.13 Air tickets are economy class and available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and
are subject to seasonal embargos. The Promoter and/or Sponsor has the right to determine the
airline carrier at its discretion. In the event that a Winner requests a specific carrier, not offered by
the Promoter, any subsequent or additional fees and taxes, if applicable will be the responsibility of
the Winner. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airline’s departure city and
their current flight schedule. Frequent Flyer points are not available from any airline. The Promoter
is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any
costs incurred by the Winner or any travelling companion(s) as a result (including accommodation
costs) will be the responsibility of the Winner.
4.14 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Winner and travelling companion/s must comply with
all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
4.15 The Promoter, Sponsor and their associated agencies and companies or any organization or
individual associated with the provision of the Prize(s) make no representation as to the safety
conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination.
4.16 It is the traveler’s personal responsibility to ensure they have valid documentation, including but not
limited to valid passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other
government authorities at every destination. Any necessary visas, vaccinations, passports, and any
associated costs are the responsibility of the Winner and their travelling companion. Any fines,
penalties, payments, or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the
requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the traveler/s.
4.17 The Promoter or Sponsor accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from
acceptance or redemption of the prize, or this Competition. Independent financial advice should be
sought by the Winner prior to accepting the Prize. The Promoter and Sponsor accept no
responsibility for any variation in prize value.
4.18 In the event that an element of the Prize outlined in Clause 4.1 above is, for any reason, cancelled,
postponed or not available, that element(s) of the Prize will be considered as forfeited and no cash
alternative offer will be granted in lieu of the part of the Prize. If, for any reason whatsoever, a
Winner does not take an element of their Prize within the time period stipulated by the Promoter
then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of
that element of the Prize.
4.19 Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses related to the Prizes
become the responsibility of the Winners. All costs associated with the Prize which are not expressly
stated in these terms and conditions to be included, including but not limited to additional cost for
food, beverage and transportation.
4.20 In participating in Competition, the prize winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in
all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and
photographed. The prize winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use
such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the prize winners will not be entitled to

any fee for such use.
4.21 The prize winners agree that they will not sell or otherwise make available their story and/or
photographs to any media or other organization.
4.22 The Prize Winners must provide valid identification to the Promoter upon the Promoter’s request.
Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Prize at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
4.23 Subject to state permit authority restrictions, the Promoter may reasonably amend these terms and
conditions, orally or in writing, in its absolute discretion.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be one (1) prize winner (“Winner”) of the Competition.
5.2 Each entrant who has entered the Competition over the Competition Period and registered all details
in accordance with clause 3 (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the Competition.
5.3 The Winner will be the best valid entries as judged by a panel of representatives appointed by the
Promoter having regard to skill, creativity and originality at Ansible Pty Ltd Level 3 100 Chalmers
Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 on Friday 16 September 2022 at 10:30am (AEST). The competition is
a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the prize winner.
5.4 The prize winner’s name will be published on the Sunrise website within three (3) business days of
judging. The prize winner will be contacted by telephone or email within three (3) business days of
the publication. The Promoter reserves the right to re-judge in the event of a Winner not claiming a
Prize on or before Friday 30 September 2022. If any Prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through
ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct a further judging, as required, at the same time
and place as the original judging, on Friday 30 September 2022. The alternative Winner, if any, will
be notified in writing and by phone within two (2) business days of the re-judging and their name
published on the Sunrise website within three (3) business days of re-judging.
5.5 The judges’ decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the
result.
5.6 Incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
5.7 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the prize winner must comply with all the conditions of
use of the Prize and Sponsors requirements. Prizes are subject to Sponsor and prize suppliers
Terms and Conditions.
5.8 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the prize winner may be required to sign a legal release
in a form determined by the Promoter or the Sponsor in their absolute discretion.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly
hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner
described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures,
tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, pandemic, COVID-19, epidemic,
government restraint, or act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel,
modify or suspend the competition. If, due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the
Promoter is unable to provide the stated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award a
substitute prize.
6.2 The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Universal and their associated agencies and companies
will not take any responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.

6.3 Promoter, Sponsor and prize suppliers are not responsible for any costs associated with Prize
collection.
6.4 The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Universal & affiliates and their associated agencies and
companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to
consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
• during the judging;
• whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the competition; or
• in the participation in any prize;
• as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
• due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any
material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other
entrants or any other person;
• in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems
or traffic congestion; and
• arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment,
software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer
software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
6.5 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but
not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes
beyond the control of the Promoter and/ or Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration
security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in
its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action
that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to state
government legislation.
6.6 The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions at its sole
discretion, orally or in writing, for the purpose of Seven’s programming, scheduling or production
requirements.
6.7 The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter
has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other
improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The
Promoter’s and the Sponsor’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an
offender are reserved.
6.8 Seven Network (Operations) Limited and the Sponsor assume no responsibility for any error,
omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line
failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right
to take any action that may be available.
6.9 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by
computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other
causes beyond the control of the Promoter or the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration
security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in
its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action
that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
6.10 By entering the competition, and by collecting a Prize, Winners acknowledges and accepts that
driving, travel and any other activities comprising the Prize, are inherently dangerous and may result
in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. Neither the Promoter nor the
Sponsor or prize supplier are responsible for any acts of god, such as adverse weather conditions or
industrial action or civil commotion that may occur whilst a Winner is travelling. It is the responsibility
of the each Winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations prior to travel.

7.3 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Seven Network (Operations) Limited (ABN 65 052
845 262) and its related entities (“Seven”), is collecting your personal information for the purpose of
conducting and promoting this Competition, including for the purpose of identifying and notifying the
prize winners, prize fulfilment and understanding our audiences. Seven will otherwise handle your
personal information in accordance with Seven’s Privacy Policy which is available on our website at
http://www.sevenwestmedia.com.au/privacy-policies (and which contains information regarding how
you can access your personal information, correct it and/ or make a complaint about our handling of
your personal information). By providing your personal information below, you agree to the terms of
the Privacy Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, Seven may disclose the entrant’s personal
information to its related entities, business partners and external service providers for research and
profiling purposes as well as other purposes reasonably related to the entrant’s relationship with
Seven. In addition, by entering this competition, you consent to Seven using your personal
information for the purpose of Seven and its related entities sending you information regarding
programs, products and services available through them and/ or through their business partners, and
to Seven from time to time sharing your personal information with carefully selected business
