Relevant State(s) and/or Territories Australia Promotion Period The entire Promotion starts 9.00am (Melbourne time) on Tuesday 01/07/2014. The entire Promotion closes 5.00pm (Melbourne time) on Friday 31/10/2014. The Promotion is divided into 4 themes (“Themes”) each with a separate Promotion Period as set out below: Theme Promotion Period Eat 1 July- 31 July See 1 August-31 August Do 1 September-30 September Explore 1 October-31 October No entries will be accepted outside the Promotion Period. Eligibility Requirements The Promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their agencies associated with this promotion and immediate family of such are ineligible to enter. Entry Procedure The Eat.See.Do.Explore. promotion will require entrants to answer a question based on the Theme of that month. Entrants can enter any or all of the 4 months. The questions will be published on the SkyBus Facebook site on 1 July 2014 (Theme Eat), 1 August 2014 (Theme See), 1 September 2014 (Theme Do) and 1 October 2014 (Theme Explore). The questions published on 1 July 2014, 1 August 2014, 1 September 2014 and 1 October 2014 will be about Melbourne and the theme of that month and are to to be answered in 100 words or less. To qualify, entrants must complete all required fields in the entry form on www.facebook.com/SkyBusMelbourne and submit their entry within the Promotion Period of the relevant Theme. For example, entrants entering the Theme Eat must submit their answers by 5.00pm (Melbourne time) on 31 July. By clicking ‘Submit’ on the completed entry form, the entrant is agreeing to the Conditions for this Promotion. Maximum Number of Entries One entry per entrant per Theme. Over the entire Promotion Period (1 July 2014 to 31 October 2014) an entrant can only win once. Judgement Details Method of Judgement and Criteria: All entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges selected by the Promoter at its sole discretion. Entries will be judged according to variety in the answer, originality, composition and grammar. The judge's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The monthly winners will be published on the SkyBus Facebook site http://www.facebook.com/SkyBusMelbourne. Total Prize Pool Four (4) prizes for four (4) winners. Notification Prize winners will be notified by telephone and email within 4 business days of each months end. Publication Details The names of the prize winners will be published on the SkyBus Facebook site http://www.facebook.com/SkyBusMelbourne within 10 business days of each months end. Prize Claim Date The winners must confirm by return email to the Promoter they accept their prize by no later than 5.00pm (Melbourne time) the day after notification. If the winner does not claim their prize by the Prize Claim Date, they will forfeit any rights to the prize. Unclaimed Prize Arrangements Winners who do not claim their prize in accordance with these terms and conditions will forfeit any rights to the prize. In the event the prize is not claimed by a winner, the prize will be awarded to the next best entry as selected by the panel of judges. ("Promotion") Conditions of Entry ("Conditions") These Conditions incorporate the Schedule. These Conditions prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with the Schedule. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Conditions. Terms defined in the Schedule have the same meaning in these Conditions. Eligibility To be eligible, entrants must meet the Eligibility Requirements in the Schedule. Specifically, entrants must: be a resident of Australia be aged 18 years or over; and not be an employee or immediate family member of an employee of the Promoter or any of the agencies associated with the Promotion. Entry The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period. To enter the Promotion, entrants must submit an entry in accordance with the Entry Procedure during the Promotion Period. Entrants cannot alter or delete an entry once submitted. Entrants may enter the Promotion up to the Maximum Number of Entries. To be valid, each entry must comply with the Entry Procedure, and must be submitted by the entrant in accordance with these Conditions. The Promoter may in its sole discretion deem an entry to be inappropriate or in breach of these Conditions. By submitting an entry to the Promotion, the entrant is agreeing to the Conditions for this Promotion including the Promoter's Privacy Policy. Prize The Prize, the total Prize Pool and any restrictions on the Prize are specified in the Schedule. Determining and notifying winners The Prize draw will be conducted in accordance with the Judgement Details. Notification will be made by the Promoter as per the Schedule. The names of the winners will be published on the SkyBus Facebook site. Claiming prizes The Prize must be claimed by the Prize Claim Date and in accordance with these Conditions. If a Prize is not accepted or claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid, they will forfeit any rights to the Prize and the Prize will be awarded to the next best entry received as selected by the panel of judges. General The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) any costs incurred. The Promoter may declare an entry invalid if the entrant fails to verify or provide complete and valid personal details, tampers with an entry or the entry process, provides false or misleading content, attempt to submit an entry contrary to the terms governing the Maximum Number of Entries, disrupts or compromises another entrant’s attempt to submit an entry or is otherwise deemed by the Promoter to have acted in an offensive way in relation to the Promotion. The Promoter may prevent or prohibit an entrant’s participation in this Promotion or cancel or suspend a Prize won by an entrant if the entrant’s conduct is deemed by the Promoter in its absolute discretion to be offensive. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. The Promoter is not liable or responsible for any loss, costs or damage incurred by a winner or any other party if any prize (or any part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason. The Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, in its absolute discretion, subject only to the approval of the relevant authorities in the Relevant State, if required.
