The promoter is Mint360property of 75 Belmore Road, Randwick 2031 and promotion period is from 10:00 am (AEDT) on 21 March 2016 and closes midnight on 1 May 2016. Entry is open to residents of Australia. Persons under 18 years must seek permission to enter from their parent or guardian. Employees and Directors and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion. Entry is by emailing Mint360property on marketing@mint360property.com.au, including your Full Name, contact number, a brief description of the photo (75 words max) and the photo attached as a JPEG, no larger than 2MB. Entrants may only enter once with one (1) photograph. Photos must have been taken by the entrant and during the promotion period. Photos must adhere to the “Australian Government’s Acquiring and displaying Images of Children document.” The five (5) best photos will be published, one a day, during the week of the 2nd May 2016 on the Mint360property Facebook page. The winning photo will be published on Friday, 6th May 2016 The winner will be notified by phone/email immediately. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The competition is a game of skill and the judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to publish the winner’s names, image and suburbs for promotional purposes. All entries will become the property of Mint360property. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
