Win a $500 Penfield prize pack! - TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Competition entry is via http://rushfaster.com.au or via the form on a special page at http://rushfaster.com.au. Entry requires your first and last name and your email address. Mobile phone numbers are optional. 
 2. Only 1 entry is possible for each unique email address. 
 3. There is the option to invite friends via email or through the posting of a unique referral link. You can invite as many friends as you’d like. When you invite via email you are sending an email from yourself using software provided by Rushfaster Pty Ltd, Rushfaster Pty Ltd does not send this email on your behalf. You will receive an additional chance to win for every referral that signs up to the competition through your invite emails or unique links. 
 4. Do not invite people that have not given you permission to email them. Entrants who send invite emails that may be considered by Rushfaster.com.au as spam will be disqualified.
 5. All entries must be hand typed. No entries will be accepted from computer programs or scripts. People suspected of using computer scripts to enter or refer people will be disqualified.
 6. Temporary (expiring) email addresses or email address aliases are not eligible to enter. 
 7. The competition is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 with the exception of residents of the ACT. Employees and the relatives of employees of Rushfaster Pty Ltd are excluded from entering.
 8. Winners are selected at random in an ‘out of a hat’ lottery style draw.
 9. Winners must be subscribed to our mailing list at the time of the draw, otherwise their entry will be deemed invalid.
 10. The winners names will be published on http://rushfaster.com.au/ and winners will be announced via email.
 11. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
 12. The competition will commence on 25/9/2015 at 12am AEST and close on 15/10/2015 at 4pm AEST.
 13. The competition will be drawn at 2/52 Buckley Street Marrickville NSW 2204 at 4pm on the 16/10/2015 and the winner will be notified on 16/10/2015 by email. If the winner does not wish to accept the prize they will need to inform us immediately and we will re-draw the prize.
 14. Total retail prize value is AUD$500 at RRP.
 15. The prize is as follows: One major prize winner will receive one Penfield Men's Parmeter Jacket in Black, one Vaughan Backpack in Tan and one Irondale Duffle Bag in Navy. 16. In the event that any prizes are unclaimed after a period of 3 months, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 2/52 Buckley St Marrickville NSW 2204 on 16/01/2016 at 4pm.
 17. Prizes must be claimed on 16/4/2016. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner.
 18. Rushfaster Pty Ltd may use the details you have provided to market to you via email and other methods. Rushfaster Pty Ltd respects your privacy and your information and details will be held in accordance with the Rushfaster Pty Ltd privacy policy.  19. Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
