WHO CAN ENTER?

Information on how to enter, and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 16 years of age or older. Entrants between 16 and 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion commences on 01/07/2015 and closes at 23:59 AEDST on 30/07/2015 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, individuals must share an original photograph or video or a written response that demonstrates something that makes them glad (“Content”) in accordance with the instructions in clause 5. For the avoidance of doubt, any video or photograph used can be a video or photograph that was taken before the start of the Promotional Period or during the Promotional Period, however, the written response must be created during the Promotional Period. Any uploaded video must not exceed 5:00 minutes in duration. All written responses must not exceed 500 words in length. All Content must be shared in accordance with the instructions below and is subject to the relevant social media platforms rules.
Files must be submitted in the relevant formats according to and accepted by the relevant social media platform’s requirements.
To enter, individuals must upload and/or post (as appropriate) their Content using one (1) of the following entry methods during Promotional Period:
Instagram Entry:
access and login to their Instagram account;
upload their Content to their Instagram account including the hashtag #gladeveryday in the caption field. Individuals who wish to share a written response via Instagram must do so by taking a photograph of their written response and upload it to their Instagram account in accordance with the instructions in this clause. Only entries that contain the hashtag #gladeveryday will be eligible. Individuals must ensure that their Instagram account is set to public (not private) in order to be eligible to participate.
OR
Twitter Entry:
access and login to their Twitter account;
upload (if submitting a video or photograph) or post (if submitting a written response) their Content to their Twitter account including the hashtag #gladeveryday. Only entries that contain the hashtag #gladeveryday will be eligible. Individuals must ensure that their Twitter account is set to public (not private) in order to be eligible to participate.
OR
Facebook Entry:
visit the Glad Australia Facebook Page at www.facebook.com/gladaustralia (“Glad Australia Facebook Page”); and
upload (if submitting a video or photograph) or post (if submitting a written response) their Content to the Glad Australia Facebook Page including the hashtag #gladeveryday.
OR
Microsite Entry:
visit #gladeveryday microsite: http://everyday.glad.com.au/
Clicking the ‘share your #gladeveryday moment’ button and uploading an image directly with entry title, description.
Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that any Content submitted in their entry is an original creative work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third party. All Content must comply with and is subject to the provisions contained in clause 21 Entries that contain prohibited or inappropriate content, or are otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions will not be eligible to win.
PRIZES:
Each day the best valid entry as determined by the judges will win a prize valued at up to $500.00 depending on date of redemption.
