TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PRIZE DRAW
    The Promoter of the promotion is MEGT (Australia) Ltd (ACN 006 266 280), 29 Ringwood Street, Ringwood, Victoria.
    Entry is open to all Australian residents who complete the competition entry form. Parental permission is required if you are under 18 years.
    Employees of the Promoter and their associated and/or related entities and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
    Entrants may only enter the draw once.  You will be eligible for additional entries if you refer a friend who also completes and submits the entry form.
    The competition commences on 1st November 2012 and concludes at on 28 January 2013 at 12pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time AEDT.
    The winner will be drawn on 29 January 2013 at 2pm AEDT at the premises of the Promoter.
    Information provided on the how to enter constitute part of these terms and conditions.
    There will be one (1) winner drawn who will receive a Sportsgirl Giftcard to the value of A$500. The Sportsgirl giftcard is redeemable instore only.
    The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
    The winner will be notified by email and has 30 days to collect the prize from the offices of the Promoter. Alternatively the prize may be sent by post via certified mail if requested.
    The winner agrees to participate in and co-operate, if required, in any media and/or promotional or marketing activities of the Promoter in relation to the competition. The winner will not be entitled to any fee for the use of the winner’s image by the Promoter.
    The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its absolute discretion.
    The Promoter collects personal information from the entrants for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to notifying the winner).  In addition, the personal information collected from the entrants shall be used by the Promoter for the purpose of recruitment for apprenticeship and/or traineeship employment opportunities and providing employment information, event information, promotional and marketing materials to the entrants.
    The Promoter’s decision is final and binding on the participants and no correspondence will be entered into.
