Terms and Conditions

1. Information about the prize and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry by each entrant.


2. The ‘Promoter’ is Suzanne Grae Corporation Pty Ltd, ABN: 11 580 943 436 of Suite 2.01, Level 2, Quad 3, 102 Bennelong Parkway, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127. ("Promoter").


3. Entry is free and open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or older. Directors, management and employees of The Sussan Group and their agencies associated with this promotion, together with the immediate family members of these directors management and employees, are not eligible to enter this promotion. The promotion is a game of skill, and chance will play no element in the outcome of the promotion.


4. To be eligible to win , participants must accept to receive marketing communication from Suzanne Grae by entering their details (such as but not limited to Full Name, Email Address, Contact Number and Postcode) at www.suzannegrae.com.au/competition. Participants must describe in 25 words or less, “Why you would love a Grae wardrobe refresh”. Your entry must be your own original work. Each entry requires an email address, whereby a new email address must be supplied to enter multiple times. There is no purchase necessary to enter.


5. Suzanne Grae reserves the right to request proof of residency at the stated address and identification for verification (to the Suzanne Grae's satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing the prize. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries containing and/or depicting illegal, sexually explicit or morally or racially offensive content will be ineligible to win. The Sportsgirl's decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.


6. The competition will be advertised on Facebook, Instagram, Suzanne Grae and Shopping Centre Websites and in-store collateral.


7. The Promoter reserves the right to re judge in the event of an Eligible Entrant being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. If a prize remains forfeited or unclaimed as of the 18th of September 2018, the Promoter will announce a new winner at 4pm AEST on the 10th of September 2018 at the offices of Suzanne Grae Corporation Pty Ltd, ABN: 11 580 943 436 of Suite 2.01, Level 2, Quad 3, 102 Bennelong Parkway, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127.


8. By submitting your entry, you grant Suzanne Grae Corporation Pty Ltd the right and permission (except where prohibited by law) to copy, reproduce, encode, store, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation as to when, duration, or the number of times), your: name; Instagram name; image; voice; persona; sobriquet; likeness; statements; and biographical material on Suzannegrae.com.au, Suzanne Grae’s Instagram account www.instagram.com.com/suzanne_grae/ and Facebook www.facebook.com/suzannegrae purposes of administering and advertising the competition, foregoing without additional review, compensation, notice to, or approval from you or any other party, unless prohibited by law.


9. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Suzanne Grae which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Suzanne Grae reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions under applicable legislation. The Suzanne Grae also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who Suzanne Grae has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Suzanne Grae's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.


10. Suzanne Grae is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this promotion.


11. Suzanne Grae collects contact information about entrants in order to contact them about the promotion and where appropriate award prizes and may also use the information to assist the Suzanne Grae in improving goods and services and to contact entrants in the future with special offers via any medium including mail and commercial electronic messages. If you do not provide the information, you cannot participate.


12. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of any Prize.


13. If the Prize Winner does not accept any element of the Prize, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the Prize Winner with a substitute Prize.


14. Inaudible, illegible, incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.


15. Any entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party will be invalid.


16. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.


17. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.


18. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.


19. Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.


20. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the prize.


21. In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner hereby assigns to the Promoter all right, title and interest in and to all copyright in any material created pursuant to the winner’s participation in any aspect of the prize (Works). The winner acknowledges that the Promoter is free to use the Works and to exercise its rights in relation thereto and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.


22. Prizes will be awarded to person named in the entry. However, in a dispute, will be awarded to the account holder of the entry mechanism used to submit their entry (i.e. mobile phone account holder or land line account holder).


23. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.


24. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

30. This competition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales Australia. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Duration of Promotion Period

1. The promotion commences 5:00pm 7th August 2018 (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time) and closes midnight 31st August 2018 (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time). The winner will be notified via email or phone at 4PM (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time) on Monday the 10th of September 2018.

Selection of Prize Winner

1. The Prize Winner will be notified by phone and email by 5:00pm AEST 10th September 2018 and the result will be published on www.suzannegrae.com.au by 5:00pm AEST 10th September 2018.


2. Suzanne Grae may award the prize to another entry if the prize remains unclaimed within a 3 month period after the prize notification message is sent. In the event of any winner in the unclaimed prize judging, a new winner will be drawn and notified by message email and the winner's name will be published on SuzanneGrae.com.au

Prize Details

1. There will be 1 (one) winner of this promotion. Prize includes 1 x $500 Suzanne Grae gift card and one free styling session. There will be 5 runners-up who will receive a $100 Suzanne Grae gift card. These gift cards are to be used for in-store purchases only and are not redeemable for cash.


2. The styling date will be negotiated between the prize winner and the Suzanne grae company. Prize cannot be transferred.


3. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or sold.
