Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is in 2 parts: 1: via our Facebook page and 2: via our website.
Entry is free and open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or older who ‘like’ our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/colcrawfordlifestylecars) and then complete, in full, the entry form available via www.colcrawford.com.au during the promotional period. Employees, immediate families and suppliers of the Promoter (Col Crawford Pty Ltd) are eligible to enter.
The promotion commences 1st March 2016 at 9am (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time) and closes 30th April 2016 at 11.59pm (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time). To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must ‘like’ our Facebook page and complete the entry form available via www.colcrawford.com.au during the promotional period.
Entrants can only enter in their own name and email address. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of residency and identification for verification (to the Promoter's satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing the prize. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries containing and/or depicting illegal, sexually explicit or morally or racially offensive content will be ineligible to win. The Promoter's decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants may enter once only (one entry per unique valid email) for the duration of the competition.
The winner will be chosen by a Col Crawford Pty Ltd representative on 1st May 2016 at 497 Pittwater Rd, Brookvale NSW 2100. The winner will be notified by email following the judging (within 24 hours). Their name and entry will be published on www.colcrawford.com.au and via our social networks. In the event that the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries.
The Promoter may award the prize to the second chosen entry if the prize remains unclaimed within a 1 month period after the prize notification email is sent. In the event of any winner in the unclaimed prize judging, the winner will be notified by email and the winner's name and locality will be published on www.colcrawford.com.au
Prize is a Westfield Gift Card to the value of $500, valid for 12 months, and can be redeemed at any Westfield Shopping Centre in Australia. Prize is not available in exchange for cash.
By entering and participating, each entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Competition, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).

All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects contact information about entrants in order to contact them about the promotion and where appropriate award prizes and may also use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact entrants in the future with special offers via any medium including mail and commercial electronic messages. If you do not provide the information, you cannot participate.
The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
