WIN $500 Winter Wardrobe from The Iconic with Billini
1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are individuals. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The competition commences at 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on 25/03/14 & closes at 5pm Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (“AEDST”) on 9/04/14 (“Competition Period”). The prize will be drawn and the winners announced on 11/04/14.
4. To enter, complete the simple registration form and answer the competition question which is: “Who is your fashion icon?”. The competition entry form can be found at http://www.billini.com. For your entry to be valid you must provide your full name, postcode, valid email address and answer to the competition question.
5. There is only one entry per email address.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to providing incorrect entry information, such as incorrect name, email or postcode or submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
7. The winner will be notified by email and telephone. 1 winner will be chosen at random using randomising software which will produce 1 winner at random.
8. By entering the competition, the prize winner agree to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agree that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s. The images and details may be used worldwide for any marketing or promotional purposes for Billini or The Iconic.
9. The 1 valid entry drawn will win 1 $500 The Iconic gift voucher. To use the voucher the winner must contact The Iconic directly either by phone or email to put their order through- PH: 0402 826 811 or niklas.olsson@theiconic.com.au. The voucher is valid from the draw date, and expires on 31/12/14. The voucher can only be used in one single transaction and no change, in either cash or credit form, will be given if the transaction equals less than the voucher value. Postage is included and will not be charged.
10. Total prize pool is valued at $500 AUD including gst.
11. Prizes are not transferable & cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.
12. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw on 14/04/14. This process will continue until 1 prize has been claimed.
15. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. All entrants acknowledge that their name, email and postcode will remain on the promoter’s database and you may be contacted from time to time for promotions or marketing from Billini and The Iconic. You will always have the option to opt out from such promotions. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this promotion.
