What are the prize details for this competition?

Win a $5000 deposit from AMP Bank - To enter, individuals must visit www.madisonmag.com.au and follow the prompts to the competition page and fill in the entry form including their full name, address, current email address and daytime telephone number and answer the competition question in 25 words or less "what you consider to be the best investment you’ve ever made?" and submit the entry as instructed. The best (1) valid entry as determined by the judges will be deemed the major prize winner and will win: A three (3) month Bank term deposit of $5,000 with AMP Bank. At the time of winner notification, the winner will be provided an application form to coordinate the setup of the account on behalf of the winner. The winner will have a choice of taking the ACP Term deposit account over a longer period and receive a higher interest rate. Total prize pool is valued at $5000.
