Who can enter this competition?

The competition is open to Australian permanent residents over 18 years of age. However, it is not open to employees of the Promoter, parties contracted to the Promoter for this competition, parties directly involved with this competition, or immediate family members of the aforementioned parties.

When does the competition close?

The competition entries can be made from 00.01am AEST on October 26, 2023, until 11.59pm AEST on November 22, 2023.

How can you enter to win the prize?

To enter the competition, you must purchase any two products from the Sally Hansen range in a single transaction at Chemist Warehouse, My Chemist, or E-Pharmacy (in-store or online). After making the purchase, provide proof of the transaction with a valid purchase receipt number and enter online through the provided websites.

What is the prize and its total worth?

The prize consists of 1 x $5,000 AUD worth of Eftpos Gift Cards (5 x $1,000 Eftpos Gift Cards for the one winner). The total prize value is $5,000 AUD.

When and how will the winner be selected?

The winner will be selected by 3:00 pm on November 24, 2023, using automated competition drawing software. The winner will be notified by SMS or email by 5:00 pm on the same day.

What happens if the prize is unclaimed?

If the prize remains unclaimed within two months, the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to deliver the prize to the winner. If still unclaimed after three months, the Promoter will re-draw the prize on January 31, 2024.

Is there anything else to note?

The Promoter may use entrants' personal information for the purposes of the competition and winner notification. The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue, cancel, terminate, or modify the competition if necessary. The Promoter is not responsible for any losses associated with changes in prize value. The decision of the Promoter in all matters related to the competition is final. Privacy and personal information handling is in accordance with the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth).
