Who can enter:
The competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and over, with some exceptions stated in clause 6.
When it closes:
The competition starts on October 1 at 12:00 AM AEDT and ends on November 30 at 11:59 PM AEDT. No entries will be accepted after this time.
How one can enter:
Entrants can enter the competition for free by using their mobile phone device to scan the QR code link featured on competition materials displayed in participating pharmacies or by accessing the competition post on the Promoter's website and submitting their entry by providing their full name, state or territory, email address, and telephone number.
The prize won:
The prize is $5,000.00 AUD in Luxury Escapes gift cards (Travel Cards) to be awarded to one winner. The Travel Cards are subject to terms and conditions and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
What's the total worth of the prize:
The total prize pool is valued at up to AUD $5,000 (including GST).
Draw Details:
The draw will take place on December 5, 2023, at 11:00 AM AEDT at James Phillip Design, South Yarra, VIC. The winner will be determined through a random electronic draw.
Number of Winners:
There will be one winner.
Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified on December 5, 2023, at 5:00 PM AEDT via the telephone number and email address provided.
Public Announcement of Winners:
The winner's name and suburb (or town) will be published on the Promoter's website on December 7, 2023.
Prize Delivery:
The prize will be sent/emailed to the winner's preferred communication channel.
Prize Claim Date:
The winner will have two (2) weeks from the date they are notified to claim the prize.
Unclaimed Prize Draw:
If the prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or the winning entry is deemed invalid, an Unclaimed Prize Draw will occur on December 20, 2023.
Notification of Unclaimed Prize winner:
The Unclaimed Prize Winner will be notified on December 20, 2023, via the telephone number and email address provided.
Public announcement of Winner from Unclaimed Prize Draw:
The Unclaimed Prize Winner's name and suburb (or town) will be published on December 21, 2023, on the Promoter's website.
