4. Entries must be received by 11:59pm on October 15, 2017. Entries received after this time will not be eligible for consideration by the Judges.
5. The winner will be selected on Monday October 16, 2017.
6. The Promoter is not liable for any entries which are lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, illegible or damaged.
How to Enter
7. This competition is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 only. Employees and immediate families of Madman Entertainment Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter.
8. The winner will be the person who provides the most original and inventive answer to the question, as determined by the Judges on October 16, 2017 in their absolute discretion.
9. This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
10. The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any person who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
12. 1 x winner is entitled to 1 (one) spot on 1 (one) Peregrine tour to the value of AU$5000. Valid for travel 15 Jan 18 – 15 Dec 18. The winner must travel on a Peregrine operated tour and a guaranteed departure - excludes Polar voyages, Limited Edition tours, Independent Experiences, Private Groups, Adventure Cruises operated by Variety and any other tours operated by third party suppliers. The winner should contact Peregrine Adventures on 1300 854 445 or sales@peregrineadventures.com to arrange their travel. Bookings need to be finalised at least 56 days prior to travel date and may be subject to minimum passenger numbers. Cannot be applied to existing bookings. The voucher cannot be extended, exchanged for cash and is not transferrable. The travel voucher applies specifically to Peregrine land tours only, inclusive of any regional flights that are necessary as part of the Peregrine trip, wildlife/park fees (where applicable), trekking permits (where applicable). The voucher cannot be used towards international flights, pre or post tour accommodation, travel insurance or any other travel products. If the chosen tour is valued at more than $5000, the winner must pay the difference. If the chosen tour is valued at less than $5000 there is no refund or compensation offered. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Adequate and valid travel insurance, obtained at the winner’s expense, is compulsory. It is the winner’s responsibility to carry a valid passport and appropriate visas (if needed). It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid identification, which meets the requirements of any government authorities at the destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the winners.
