Who can enter the Urban List x TotalFusion Giveaway?
The promotion is open to all Australian residents aged 18 and over. Employees (and their immediate family and/or those living in the same household) of the Promoter, and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and suppliers associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
When can they enter the promotion?
The promotion period commences from 9am Tuesday 1 August 2023 and ends at 11.59pm Wednesday 30 August 2023.
How can they enter the promotion?
To enter, entrants must fill out their contact details and accept the Terms & Conditions as part of the promotion entry. Incomplete, indecipherable or multiple entries will be deemed invalid.
What is the prize they can win?
The prize includes a 6-Month Fusion Membership from the opening date of the new wellness precinct, 4 Wellness Recovery Day Passes to share with friends, and sessions for Float Therapy, Red Light Therapy, and Cryotherapy.
What is the total worth of the prize?
The total prize value is $1800 AUD.
Can the prize be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash?
No, the prize cannot be negotiated, redeemed for cash, or traded in for something else. It is also non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The prize cannot be sold, scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged, or promoted as an incentive or reward. If obtained through these methods, it will not be honored.
What happens if the winner does not acknowledge, accept, and claim their prize?
If the winner does not acknowledge, accept, and claim their prize by Monday 4 September 2023, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected. The promoter will have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to notification settings, spam/junk email/other security, or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
