To enter this contest, entrants must have a valid email address, be aged eighteen (18) or over on the date of entry, and must legally reside in Europe, North America, Australia, or East/South East Asia.
HOW TO ENTER
Entrants must send in their photo, with or without a caption, to the Dragon Trip?s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/thedragontrip), and must include their full name, age at time of entry, country of residence and email address. Anyone without a Facebook account who wishes to enter may do so by submitting the above in an email with the subject line "#WhyITravel" to info@thedragontrip.com. Any entries received which lack any of the above information will be considered void and will not be considered for voting unless all information in question is supplied. By entering this contest, entrants agree to be added to the Dragon Trip mailing list, and for their image to be used by the Dragon Trip for publicity and future marketing purposes, including use on the Dragon Trip website and various forms of social media.
A watermark will be added to each image submitted, for the purpose of discouraging use of photos by any third party. Despite this, the Dragon Trip cannot be held responsible and will not be liable for the misuse of any images by any third party. The entrant will still own full rights of the image, and will still be considered the legal owner of that image.
Submissions will be uploaded to the Dragon Trip?s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/thedragontrip) for public viewing and voting, along with the entrant?s first name, country of residence and caption (where applicable). Submissions will be uploaded as and when they are received, and are eligible to receive votes as soon as they are uploaded. By submitting a photo, entrants acknowledge that the length of time that their entry may receive votes will vary based on the date that their entry was received. The Dragon Trip will attempt to upload qualifying photos as soon as they are received, however entrants must be aware that there may be a time lag based on time spent determining eligibility and sorting through entries.
PRIZE
The prize which may be awarded to the winner of the contest, assuming eligibility, is a 60L travel backpack. Approximate prize value, including shipping costs, is US $100.
The prize that may be awarded is not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize, and does not come with a guarantee or warranty of any kind. Prize must be redeemed from the Dragon Trip within thirty (30) days of the contest end date. If the eligible winner cannot be contacted or is deemed illegitimate for any reason, the Dragon Trip reserves the right to withhold the prize, or award it to an alternative winner, in its sole discretion. The Dragon Trip has the final say as to who the prize is awarded to.
