The competition is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years or older. Only individuals who are valid subscribers to Stan by the end of the promotion period are eligible to win. Employees, directors, officers, and staff of Stan, Sony Pictures Television, and associated agencies, along with their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

How can you enter the competition?
To enter, participants must:
1. Visit the Stan Universal Basic Guys Competition website at [https://universalbasicguys.winwithstan.com.au/](https://universalbasicguys.winwithstan.com.au/).
2. Complete all required fields on the entry form.
3. If a Stan subscriber, use the email address linked to the Stan subscription account.
4. Complete the online memory game by matching six pairs of Universal Basic Guys-themed tiles in under 30 seconds.
5. Answer the question, “In 25 words or less, which upcoming Stan series are you most excited to watch this Summer, and why?”
Participants may play the memory game multiple times but can only win one prize.
What are the prizes?
Two prizes are available:
1. First Prize
: A Sony 65” TV and sound bar, valued at approximately $5,290.
2. Second Prize
: A PlayStation 5 console, valued at approximately $799 (does not include games or accessories).
The total prize pool is valued at $6,089.
How are winners selected?
Participants who score in the top 100 in the memory game will be entered into a pool. Two winners will be chosen from this pool based on the quality of their answers to the question, as judged on creativity, originality, humor, and other criteria determined by the promoter.
When will winners be announced, and how are prizes delivered?
Winners will be contacted by email and must confirm their prize claim within 14 days after the competition ends. If the promoter cannot contact a winner within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to another entrant. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Additional information
Entrants must provide accurate contact details and may only enter manually. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate terms or show evidence of tampering, fraud, or automated entry. The competition is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
