#mybritzsummer Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter is: Tourism Holdings Limited (thl), (ABN 94 001 789 957.) whose
registered office is at 83 Beach Rd, Level 1, PO Box 4293, Auckland 1010.
2. The competition is open to residents aged 18 years or over except employees of
Tourism Holdings Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise
connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be
bound by these terms and conditions.
5. The competition will commence September 11th and conclude October 5th. After
this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted. Tourism
Holdings Limited have the right to alter the competition dates at any time.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
To enter, entrants must upload a photo to Instagram to show how badly they need a
Britz summer holiday. Entrants must use the hash tag‘#mybritzsummer’and tag
@britzcampervans to be eligible for the competition.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these
terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or
military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any
applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by
the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any
entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. The prize is as follows:
A 7 day, 6 nights Britz Campervan 2WD rental in Australia or New Zealand.
Pick Up / Drop off Locations – where Britz summer fleet vehicles are available
for pickup / drop off – that being the Action Pod, Discovery, Traveller (AU),
Odyssey (NZ) and Cruiser (NZ) vehicles.
Prize is valid from 01 November 2017 – 30 April 2018.
PRIZE INCLUDES: Unlimited kilometres Britz inclusive pack, including:
Liability reduction option – NIL, Single vehicle rollover cover, WiFi, including
1GB of data, Extra driver fees, Linen exchange, Picnic table and chairs,
Baby/booster seat (if required).
11. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes
are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to
substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. Britz standard terms and conditions apply (see www.britz.com.au / britz.co.nz for
details). This rental is subject to availability at all times. Driver must be over 21
years of age with a full driver’s licence held for at least one year. Fuel is not
included. Prize is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash. If you wish to
add extra rental days to your prize, please note that the Britz inclusive pack will
apply to these additional days. An alternative liability reduction option for these
extra days cannot be selected.
13. No flights are included in the prize.
14. Winners will be chosen: Through a game of skill, the most creative post will win
the prize. The competition will be judged by an independent adjudicator or panel
of judges appointed by the Promoter.
15. Tourism Holdings Limited‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of
winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered
into.
16. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram and/or letter on
October 11th. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within
14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner
and pick a replacement winner.
17. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected /
is delivered.
18. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will
be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be
bound by these terms and conditions.
20. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian
law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
Australia.
21. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material,
as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other
entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection
legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior
consent.
22. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and
conditions.
23. Tourism Holdings Limited shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any
time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be
effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
24. Tourism Holdings Limited also reserves the right to cancel the competition if
circumstances arise outside of its control.
