1. General
1.1 The promoter of this competition is Fernwood Women’s Health Clubs Pty Ltd trading as Fernwood Fitness ABN: 39 093

1.2 Fernwood Travel in conjunction with Tours of Tuscany are giving away a return trip for two (2) to Rome, seven (7) nights’
accommodation and AUD $1,000 Australian dollars in spending money. Prize total of up to AUD $13,500.
1.3 The competition is promoted from 01/04/2018 to 31/05/2018.

2. Conditions of Entry
2.1 Join one (1) Fernwood Fitness club on a new 12-month or 18-month membership between the dates of 01/04/2018 and
31/05/2018 to receive one (1) entry.
2.2 A current Fernwood Fitness club member who purchases the promotional 6-week Food Coaching package between the
dates of 01/04/2018 and 31/05/2018 will be eligible to receive one (1) entry.
2.3 Membership prices vary by club. Fernwood must have received all joining and activation kit fees, completed membership
agreements and payment details upon joining to qualify as an entry.
2.4 All entrants must be of 18 years or older.
2.5 Fernwood employees and contractors are not eligible for prizes.
2.6 All entries must first qualify as per the conditions of entry.
3. Prize Draw
3.1 Qualified entrants will be drawn from Fernwood’s intranet system that tracks this eligibility.
3.2 One (1) prize winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
3.3 The prize winner will be drawn on 14/06/2018 at 11.30am by Fernwood National Support Office located at Level 1, 475
Flinders Lane, Melbourne VIC 3000. The prize winner will be notified directly by a phone call and/or email. Winner details
will be published on www.fernwoodfitness.com.au and/or www.facebook.com/fernwoodfitness.
3.4 If for some reason individual prizes are not claimed by 5pm on 14/09/2018, entries will be resubmitted and redrawn on
17/09/2018 at 11.30am by Fernwood National Support Office located at Level 1, 475 Flinders Lane, Melbourne VIC 3000.
The prize winner will be notified directly by a phone call and/or email. Details of the redrawn winner will be published on
www.fernwoodfitness.com.au and/or www.facebook.com/fernwoodfitness.
4. Prize Details
4.1 The total prize value is up to $13,500 (including GST) where one (1) prize winner will be drawn from all entries that meet
the Conditions of Entry outlined in Section 2. The prize winner will receive:

5. Prize Terms and Conditions
5.1 Tours of Tuscany 7 Day Tour (Taste of Tuscany) includes seven (7) nights’ accommodation in a Tuscan villa.
5.2 All breakfasts during the tour, four (4) lunches and seven (7) dinners at local trattoria/restaurants are included
(wine included).
5.3 Five (5) day tours (maps included) including various wine tastings, transfers to/from local train station on arrival/departure
days, transfer to local train station or Cortona on tour free days. Train tickets for independent travel to Florence.
5.4 Tour package upgrades may be available at the time of booking for additional fee and are at the winner’s expense.
5.5 No children under 16 years.
5.6 The following blackout dates apply: September 2018; May and September 2019.

5.8 Prize must be booked by 31/07/2018. If the prize is not booked or is cancelled by the prize winner, no alternative prize will
be issued and no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
5.9 The prize winner and their travelling companion must travel at the same time and must depart from either Melbourne
or Sydney. Prize does not include transfers from prize winner’s place of residence to or from flight departure point, pre/
post accommodation, meals not stipulated in itinerary, travel insurance, additional meals, transfers, visas, gratuities,
luggage fees or items of a personal nature or any other costs.
5.10 Standard return economy airfares will be booked unless otherwise stated. Airfare seat upgrades are available upon
request at an additional cost and are at the winner’s expense. All travellers must have a valid passport for
international travel.
5.11 The prize winner and their travelling companion are responsible for all other expenses including spending money, meals,
drinks, transfers, laundry charges, activities, incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes
included within the prize), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges and all other ancillary costs unless
otherwise specified.
5.12 All prizes are non-transferrable are not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The prize must be taken as
offered and any unused portion of any prize is non-transferrable is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other off or pricing discount. Prize values are in Australian dollars.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values. The prize winner is advised that tax
implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance
of their prize.
5.13 The prize is subject to availability at time of booking and if dates are not available, an alternative departure date will be
provided. Booking is subject to Rheom Travel standard terms and conditions including cancellation fees once confirmed.
Cancellation and change fees may apply if date changes are made. Travel insurance is not included and we recommend
you take out travel insurance prior to travel.
5.14 Once travel is booked and issued, all terms, conditions, travel validity and changes are subject to the airline’s fare rules
and charges for the applicable accommodation and class of travel booked.
5.15 Fernwood Fitness does not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the
acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control.
Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel
arrangements. Fernwood Fitness does not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss
(including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure
or any other event which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
6. Spending Money
6.1 The winner will receive one thousand dollars ($1,000) spending money.
