This competition is made pursuant to a multiple lottery permit.
The promoter is Microsoft Pty Ltd (ACN 002 589 460) of 1 Epping Road, North Ryde, New South Wales, 2113.
The competition commences at 6.00PM Sydney time on 10th May 2019 and closes at 11.59PM Sydney time on 12th May 2019 (Promotion Period).
Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 13 and over. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to all terms and conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to this promotion. Employees (and their immediate families) of the promoter, its retailers, suppliers and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant whom the Promoter believes either has tampered with the entry process or has submitted an entry otherwise than in accordance with these conditions of entry.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Any costs associated with entering the competition are the entrant’s responsibility.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Any incorrect details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid.
Only one entry is permitted per person.
The prizes will be drawn at 10:00 AM Sydney Time on 13th May 2019 at 1 Epping Road, North Ryde, NSW. The draw will be conducted via a random barrel draw.
The first entry randomly drawn from all valid entries received will win one (1) Limited Edition A Plague Tale: Innocence Statue, valued at AU$450 and an Xbox One copy of A Plague Tale: Innocence, valued at AU$79.95. Three (3) additional randomly drawn winners will receive an Xbox One copy of A Plague Tale: Innocence valued at AU$79.95. Total number prizes = 4.
