The entry period for the AORUS TV Giveaway (“Contest”) commences at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time on October 29th, 2020 and concludes at 11:59 a.m. Pacific Time on November 4th, 2020.?
The contest is open to individuals thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of the contest’s commencement. Parents' consent is required for individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. Any contestants may be disqualified without notice. Employees of AORUS are not eligible to enter the Contest.
At the end of the contest, five (5) eligible entrant will be selected as the potential winner of the contest prize, as described below. The potential prize winner will be contacted by AORUS within 24 hours by e-mail, as provided by the entrants in their Gleam entry form. Potential prize winners found to be ineligible, decline to accept the prize, or who are unable to be contacted (including failing to return emails) within 24 hours may be required to forfeit the prize and another eligible entrant may be selected in AORUS’ sole discretion.

The prize cannot be exchanged or substituted if it fails to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory to a prize winner.
Following confirmation as a prize winner in accordance with the Contest Terms and Conditions, selected entrants will be given instructions and a deadline as to how they must claim the prize. Potential winners who fail to claim the prize before the deadline, as instructed, may be required to forfeit the prize and another eligible entrant may be selected in AORUS’ sole discretion. Please allow two weeks window for shipment after AORUS confirmation with potential winners.
By entering the Contest, each entrant consents to the use of his or her name, city of residence, photograph, voice, likeness, image, or any other aspect of his or her personality, for any publicity and programming purposes, commercial or otherwise, throughout the world, in all media, in perpetuity, by AORUS without any payment or compensation.
By entering the Contest and voluntarily providing personal information (the “Registrant Information”) including, but not limited to, name, address, city, email address, telephone numbers, each Contest entrant grants permission to AORUS to collect and use of the Registrant Information for the purpose of: administering the Contest, selecting the prize winner, signing up the entrant to the Gigabyte/AORUS Newsletter, and sending an invitation to AORUS Member.
