WHO CAN ENTER?
Relevant States: NSW, ACT, SA, NT, QLD, VIC, TAS, WA Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents during the Promotion Period, aged 14 years + and who fulfill the entry requirements. Entrants aged under 18 years must have parent/guardian consent to enter the Promotion. Must be aged 14 years + Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible. “Immediate families” means spouse, partner, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, an entrant must, during the Promotion Period: purchase any TWO (2) Pepsi carbonated soft drink products OR a ‘Back To The Future’ Trilogy DVD from a participating Woolworths store or Woolworths Online (not all Pepsi varieties available all stores; DVD may not be available at all stores) (Qualifying Purchase); then visit the Website to complete the entry form including (but not limited to) name, email address, contact number, address (no PO boxes), last five digits of the Qualifying Purchase barcodes and the transaction receipt/online order invoice number. Computer generated entries will not be accepted. Daily prizes: There are 35 daily prizes. All entries will be categorised by the date on which they are received (00:00:00 – 23:59:59). Daily draws will be conducted each Wednesday at 11:00am (on 14/10/15; 21/10/15, 28/10/15, 04/11/15 and 11/11/15) for the preceding week’s entries. The first valid entry randomly drawn from all entries received in each 24 hour period will win a daily prize. Major prizes: There are three (3) major prizes. The major draw will be conducted at 11:00am on 12/11/15. The first three (3) valid entries randomly drawn from all entries received will win a major prize. PRIZES: Daily prizes: Each daily prize is an AU$1,000 Woolworths gift card (awarded as 2 X $500 gift cards). Major prizes: Each major prize is a trip for two (2) people to Los Angeles, California US and comprises: Return economy class airfares for two (2) people from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Los Angeles (including airline and airport taxes); Return airport/hotel transfers; Five (5) nights X 5 star accommodation (hotel as specified by Promoter; standard room; twin share) including breakfast; AU$2,000 prize money; and the following ‘Back to the Future L.A Experiences’ for two (2) people: VIP Universal Studios experience; Drive to Marty McFly’s house in the Delorean Time Machine; and Jet Pack experience. Each major prize is valued at up to AU$22,000 (inc GST) depending on the winner’s location of residence. All travel is subject to availability at all times and maybe dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner. Travel is valid until 31/10/2016. Block out periods include 10/12/2015 - 25/1/ 2016 (inc) and from 20/6/2016 - 10/8/2016 (inc), along with all other special event periods. All bookings must be made a minimum of 45 days in advance of requested departure dates. No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. Major prize is not refundable or transferable. In the event a winner is <18 years, they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. (Or where a person participating or nominated to participate in a major prize is <18 years, a parent or legal guardian of the participant must be present for the duration of the prize, as one of the participants.) Winner and participant must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity prior to departure. Any alterations to confirmed prize details will be at the expense of the winner and will only be permitted with the Promoter's prior consent. Visas, valid passports, spending money, meals (other than those included) and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and participant as incurred. It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point. Winner and participant are required to sign an indemnity in a form approved by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and all involved parties prior to participating. If they do not sign that indemnity form, they will not be able to participate. The winner and participants agree to comply with any reasonable directions or guidelines notified to them by the Promoter or its agents.
