Win a Bali Yoga Retreat for 2!

1. The promoter is: Esther Boutique (company no. 6013570094) whose registered office is at 20/151 Foveaux St Surry Hills 2010.
2. Employees of Esther & Co. & Bali Floating Leaf Retreats, their family members and anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. Contestants must enter via https://www.esther.com.au/pages/win-a-bali-yoga-retreat from Wednesday, January, 1st at 9:30am – Sunday, February 16th 2019 at 11:59pm aest, to be eligible to win the trip for 2 to Bali.
4. Eligibility: Esther & Co. Bali Yoga Retreat Giveaway is open only to those who enter at the online at https://www.esther.com.au/pages/win-a-bali-yoga-retreat. The giveaway is open in AU & NZ to people over the age of 18, and is void where prohibited by law.
5. Closing date for entry is Sunday, February 16th 2020 at 11:59pm aest. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The winner will be announced via the Esther & Co. Newsletter.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The prize bundle for 1 lucky winner and a friend is as follows:
- The 7 day all-inclusive “Yoga Heart” yoga retreat in Bali where you’ll have the chance to deepen your philosophical knowledge of yoga as well as experience the Balinese culture.
- Round Trip Flights for 2*
- $500 Esther & Co. Gift Vouchers (1 per winner)

*The value of the trip is not inclusive of travel insurance, transfers or any other associated travel costs, transfers can be up to $500 from the Denpasar airport to the retreat

PLEASE NOTE
- The prize is a place for two in a 2 x people in a shared room in the “Yoga Heart” yoga retreat in Bali. The retreat will take place June 6 - June 12, 2020. See here for full terms and conditions.
- Any extra accommodation outside of the retreat dates will be at the expense of the prize winner.
*Round trip flights for 2 apply to this trip specifically and the winner will be flown to Denpasar Airport in Bali. Esther & Co. will provide standard economy flights up to $500 a person, upgraded flights will be at the expense of the winner. Esther & Co. will book the round trip flights for the winner & person of their choice.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. Esther & CO and Floating Leaf Retreats take no responsibility for individuals claiming the tour prize. The winning Entrant and attending guest participates in the tour activities at their own risk. In claiming and making use of the Prize which involves dangerous activity, the winning Entrant and guest acknowledge they must pass any appropriate training, briefings, safety demonstrations, required medical tests and other requirements (including blood alcohol testing) of the Promoter and/or any Prize supplier as determined by them in their absolute discretion. They also declare to the Promoter and/or any Prize supplier any health-related issues that may affect his/her safe participation in any part of the Prize and obtain a written clearance from their doctor in this respect;
10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The winner will be chosen based on the number of points earned as well as the contestant's answer to "Tell us why you deserve to win a refreshing yoga retreat" The best answer will be decided by a panel of Esther & Co. Employees.
12. The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The tour is available to redeem within one year of the winner being selected and announced.
13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. By entering this competition, the entrant agrees to us providing your Name, Email Address and Birthday to Floating Leaf Retreats for Marketing Purposes as well as being subscribed to Esther & Co.'s Newsletter List, the entrant has the ability to opt out at any time.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current AU data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
18. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
