Competition period:
The competition commences on 24 January 2022 and closes at 11:59 pm on 26 April 2022. All references to times are to Queensland time.
How to enter:
There is no charge for entering this competition and no purchase is necessary to enter or redeem prizes.
To enter the competition, Entrants must go to the competition website via the URL https://travelmegastore.com.au/competition and follow the prompts to register their details including first name, last name, telephone numbers, email address, Date of Birth and answer 4 multiple choice questions.
All Entrants who register their details and will receive one entry in the draw to win the Barossa ValleyHoliday Package. See Prize Details below for details of the prize provided in this competition.
Eligibility:
Entrants must be 18 years of age or over and an Australian or New Zealand resident to be eligible to enter this competition.
Entrants are not eligible to enter this competition if they are an employee, or an immediate family member of the Promoter, Our Vacation Centre or any Designated Promotional Partner, their affiliated companies, or their related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act). For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions the Designated Promotional Partner is the entity, contracted with the Promoter as a Promotional Partner, and provided with a unique website URL for the purpose of this competition through which the Entrant participates in this competition.
Prize Details:
The winner of the prize will receive the Barossa Valley Holiday Package that includes:
2 nights’ accommodation at The Louise including breakfast daily
$500 air credit or $250 air credit per person.
Rental car included
The package is based on two adults for travel from 1 April to 23 December 2022, excluding public and school holidays and other special holidays and events. A weekend surcharge fee might be incurred to the winner, depending on hotel’s availability. The 2-night’s accommodation at The Louise includes daily breakfast. A COVID-19 test might be required before and after travel departure, depending on the Government’s requirements. All charges with COVID-19 tests and infection are the winner’s responsibilities. Air credits can be used with any preferred airline. A car rental will be available from Adelaide’s airport. Car hire is subject to standard rental conditions. The driver must have a current driver’s licence issued in an Australian State or Territory and meet any age requirements. If the winner or guest does not meet the requirements for car hire, they will forfeit this element of the prize and will not receive cash in lieu. Fuel and insurance are not included, and it is the winner’s responsibility to have insurance coverage during the time the car rental will be used by the winner.
The total prize pool is of AUD$2,127.
Competition opens 24 January 2022 and closes at 11:59 pm on 26 April 2022. Prize Draw at 12pm on 03rd May 2022.

Draw information:
The draw for the major prize will take place at the offices of the Promoter at 58 Kingston Drive, Gaven, Queensland 4212 at 12pm on 03rd May 2022 via a random manual drawing process. The Winner will be notified by telephone within 24 hours of the draw and in writing.
If the Major Prize is unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 12pm at 58 Kingston Drive, Gaven, QLD, 4212, 7 days after the original draw date, and the Winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone and in writing within 24 hours of the draw, and the winner will be published on travelmegastore.com.au within 7 days after notifying the winner.

General provisions:
By entering into the competition, the entrant agree to receive marketing communication from Travel Megastore, which is owned and operated by Our Vacation Centre Pty Ltd (OVC). The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of the claims and to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who abuses the bonus entry option by forwarding competition referrals contrary to anti-spam guidelines on the competition website.
The Promoter reserves the right to resolve any and all discrepancies, disputes or unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit subject to relevant State legislation, and State permit regulations. The Promoters decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Neither the Promoter nor any of its agents are responsible for lost, late, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, ineligible, or incorrectly submitted entries.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under the relevant State legislation, and State permit regulations.
The Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any Entrant or Winner, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of participating in this competition or taking any prize, save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or otherwise associated with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google or any other social media site or any of their affiliates, and each entrant or participant completely releases, to the full extent permitted by law, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google or any other social media site or any of their affiliates from all liability related to this competition. Participants and entrants should direct all questions and comments regarding this competition to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google or any other social media site or any of their affiliates.
Privacy:
The information on the entry form is being collected by the Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners for the purposes of the advertised competition and utilisation by the Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners for marketing and promotion of their respective goods and services via email, phone or mail. The Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners may also disclose information collected from entry forms to its related entities, affiliated suppliers or contracted third parties for their marketing purposes.
All Winners details will be disclosed to the parties with whom the Promoter has contracted to provide the advertised prize. It is a condition of entry that prize Winners agree to provide at least two photos and/or videos of them and/or whilst on their prize holiday and agree that the Promoter and/or Designated Promotional Partners may publish such photograph in marketing, publicity and promotional material without any further payment or compensation to the Winner.
All Entrants give the Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners their express and indefinite consent to contact them by telephone, SMS text messaging or email for promotional purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Promoter in writing. A copy of the Promoter’s Privacy Policy is available online or by contacting the Promoter in writing.
