ENTRANTS This competition is open to Australian residents who are over 18 year of age at the time of entry. Employees of Jervis Bay Brewing Co. and immediate family members are not eligible to enter this competition. Entry into the competition means that the entrant warrants that he or she meets the entry requirements and accepts these terms and conditions.
TIME FRAME The competition starts at 9AM Friday the 25th of October 2021 and finishes at 5PM Friday 26th November 2021. Submissions will close 5PM Friday 26th November 2021. The draw will be conducted and winners announced at 3 Duranbah Dr, Huskisson NSW 2540 at 10AM the 6th of December 2021.
ENTRIES Entries can be submitted by filling out the form supplied on Jervis Bay Brewing Co. website and social media between the 25th of October 2021 and 5PM Friday 26th November 2021. Winners will be chosen by chance draw and will be notified by email. If winner cannot be contacted over a period of 7 days a redraw will occur at 11AM the Monday after the original draw.
COSTS AND EXPENSES Jervis Bay Brewing Co. will be responsible for shipping cost of the prize to Australian addresses only.
DISQUALIFICATION The promoter has the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where you reasonably suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, such as if there has been a breach of the competition terms and conditions.
PRIVACY Any use of personal information the promoter receives will comply with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act.
NOTIFICATION Winners will be contacted by the email address the entry was submitted on and the name will be published on Jervis Bay Brewing Co. website approximately 24 hours after the winner is drawn.
PRIZE 12 x monthly prizes of one Jervis Bay Brewing Co. case of 16 x 375ml cans of Jervis Bay Brewing Co. beer which is 6Lt. Prizes are subject to conditions imposed by the promoter as displayed on www.jervisbaybrewing.co Total Prize pool of approximately $1000
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS The following limits apply: No more than 20 litres of liquor with alcohol content not exceeding 20% by volume; or no more than 5 litres of liquor with alcohol content exceeding 20% by volume.
