Information published by the Promoter, as defined below, on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms
and Conditions of Entry (“Terms and Conditions”). Participation into this promotion is deemed acceptance of
these Terms and Conditions.
To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this
promotion, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
The Promoter is ASUS Australia Pty Ltd ABN 81 148 073 858 (“Promoter”) reserves the right to alter the
incentive, product offerings and specifications at any time, without notice. BMW Australia Ltd (ABN 11 004
675 129) is not associated with this competition in any way.
ASUS Month Promotion Period commences at 00:01 on 18/June/2018 AEST and ends at 23:59 on 28/July/2018
AEST (“Promotion Period”).
Who can enter
Offer is only open to residents of Australia and New Zealand over the age of 18, as of the date of entry who
has fulfilled the requirements set out below.
Employees, directors, and contractors and their immediate families, of the Promoter and Promoter’s agencies
(including but not limited to ASUS retailers and resellers) associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter
this promotion.
How to Enter
Every local currency $200 (AUD$200 in Australia or NZD$200 in New Zealand, including GST) spent on the
selected ASUS branded product category (motherboard / graphics card / monitor / projector / peripheral /
networking / Server / optical drive / audio card) in a single invoice/receipt during the promotion period from
an authorized and participating ASUS retailers/resellers within Australia and New Zealand will entitle the
participant 1 chance to win a grand prize BMW 118i (“Grand Prize”) or other offered prizes.
For purchases in multiples of local currency $200 (including GST) in a single invoice/receipt on ASUS selected
product, chances will be recorded accordingly without the need to send in multiple entries.
e.g. AUD$450 (including GST) spent on ASUS selected product in a single invoice/receipt automatically
receives 2 chances in the draw.
e.g. NZD$700 (including GST) spent on ASUS selected product in a single invoice/receipt automatically receives
3 chances in the draw.
Promotion mechanism:
? Buy any selected ASUS product over local currency $200 (by one individual invoice/receipt, including
GST), then can register on the promotional page.
? Entries must register on the promotion page by filling up the required forms with all requested contact
details to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter their own name. Inaudible, incomprehensible,
illegible, inappropriate or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
? Qualified registrations will receive a limited edition ASUS mouse pad (“Mousepad”) as bonus.
? Maximum 2 Mousepad redemptions per person.
? Each qualified registration will be automatically entered in the final grand prize lucky draw to win one
new BMW 118i and other prizes as listed in the registration page.
? Customers stand the chance of winning 1 new BMW 118i vehicle. The Promoter shall solely determine
the specifications and colour of the vehicle to be won and the Promoter’s decision is final.
? Participating products must be ordered and paid to the reseller/retailer within the offers promotional
period, and are clearly showed on the submitted tax invoice.
? Claims cannot be made on back orders.
? This offer is not valid for rental or leasing agreements.
? Redemption and all prizes are not transferable, assignable or exchangeable for other goods or services
or cash.
? Incomplete registration and illegible registration will be disqualified. Entries with less than locally
currency $200 (in a single invoice/receipt, including GST) will be disqualified. Combined
receipts/invoices of $200 will not be accepted.
In order to make a valid redemption, claimants must follow the below registration steps and upload the claim
using the online portal for redemption; the redemption must contain mandatory proof of ownership and a
mandatory proof of purchase. No other claim mechanism is valid.

The invoice must contain legible and legit details of the store including: purchase date, invoice date, store
name, ABN/GST number, store address, store phone number, ASUS product code or name, and price/cost of
each ASUS product.
? Entries and registrations will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way. The
purchase date is determined by the date of the store tax invoice submitted by the customer with the
claim.
PHOTOS MUST BE OF SERIAL NUMBERS PRINTED ON THE BACK OF THE ACTUAL PRODUCT.
? All claims must be received on or prior to 23:59 (AEST) 8/August/2018 to qualify. No extensions will be
given under any circumstances.

? The Promoter shall solely determine the specifications and colour of the prizes to be won and the
Promoter’s decision is final.
? The winner of Grand Prize will be contacted by the Promoter to notify them they are the winner.
Promoter has the right to allocate the colour of the Grand Prize at its sole discretion, subject to state
and territory legislation. The prize excludes all optional extras but includes all mandatory items.
? The Promoter takes no responsibility for petrol, additional insurance, health, transport, body, paint or
mechanical damage, or any other costs or damages, from date of collecting the prizes.
? The winner will be required to collect the Grand Prize from a specified dealership (organised by the
Promoter and the manufacturer of the Grand Prize) on own cost of transportation.
? The winner will be required to have photos or videos taken, at the pick-up location (the specified
dealership) for the Grand Prize. The Promoter may use these photos or videos in media and for any
other use at their discretion without further reference or compensation to the winner.
? The winner will be responsible for any expenses incurred in getting to the specified dealership and for
collecting the Grand Prize on a day to be negotiated between the winner and the Promoter and the
manufacturer of the Grand Prize (must be within 100 days of the announcement or otherwise
specified).
? The Grand Prize value includes on-road costs (stamp duty, 1-year registration and compulsory thirdparty
insurance and dealer delivery charges), winners will be responsible for arranging and paying for
an immobiliser to be fitted, as required by State or Territory Road Traffic regulations.
? To be eligible to claim the Grand Prize, the winner must be capable of obtaining motor vehicle
registration of the Grand Prize (Vehicle) in his or her name in accordance with the applicable legislation
in the State or Territory in which the winner resides. If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or
otherwise, unable to register the Vehicle in his or her name, then he/she may transfer the Vehicle to
another person with legal capacity for the purpose of registering the Vehicle in the State or Territory in
which the winner resides, notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms and Conditions. The
Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee.
Prize Open, Close, Draw and Publish dates
? The Final Lucky Draw Prizes will be drawn at 15:00 (AEST) on 15/August/2018 Monday at Level 2, 6-
10 Talavera Rd, Macquarie Park NSW 2113, Australia by randompicker.com digital random lucky draw
tool.
? The first valid entry drawn will win the Grand Prize. The next 9 valid entries drawn will each win the
corresponding prize no. in the prize list table above. The promoter may draw additional reserve entries
in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.
? Disqualified, incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
? It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide the correct address in order to receive the mouse pad
or any prize. The Promoter will not be responsible for the loss caused by couriers or wrong/incomplete
shipping address provided.
? Maximum 1 registration/redemption per invoice. Any unclaimed bonus items will remain the property
of The Promoter.
? Total prize pool for this promotion is AUD $200,000 (including GST). The prize is not transferable,
exchangeable or redeemable for other prizes or cash. All prizes should be redeemed at the location
specified by the Promoter.
? The name of winners will be published on ASUS website and Facebook on 21/August/2018.
? For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter may only publish the winner’s
surname, initial and State/Territory or postcode of residence.
? The Promoter will notify the winners in writing and by telephone. Winners must claim the prizes before
15/November/2018 except for the Grand Prize.
? In the event where the winner cannot be contacted, or if prizes are not claimed within 3 months of the
draw, a re-draw will occur at 15:00 (AEST) on 22/November/2018 at Level 2, 6-10 Talavera Rd, Macquarie
Park NSW 2113, Australia. The Promoter will notify the winners in writing and by telephone, and the name
of winners will be published on the ASUS website and Facebook on 25/November/2018.
Further Terms and Conditions
? Entries and registrations will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way. The
purchase date is determined by the date of the store tax invoice submitted by the customer with the
claim.
? The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims (including contacting the
place of purchase) and claimants (including a claimant's identity, age and place of residence) and to
disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
or who tampers with the claim process.
? All claims are subject to verification by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any
claim which does not comply with these terms and conditions.
? If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
? The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.
? The Promoter's decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
? Claimants must retain a copy of their tax invoice for all claims as proof of purchase.
? Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion
of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of a claimant's claims and forfeiture of any right to the
incentive. The tax invoice must clearly specify the store of purchase, invoice date, tax invoice number,
ABN/GST number, ASUS product name or code, product purchased price, and date of transaction.
? The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information
or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including
security breaches.
? The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from this promotion.
Independent financial advice should be sought by the claimant.
? The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the claimant checks
the appropriate box on the online claim form, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless
otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including
sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Claimants should direct any requests to
update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
