Win a BMW M4 or $166,350 in Gold

Assuming all tickets are sold, each ticket has a 1 in 9,000 chance of winning the Grand Prize.
Maximum number of tickets in Draw 218 is 9,000. All tickets are $50 each.
The total retail value of all prizes in Draw 218 is $213,300.
Unless specified otherwise, prize draws will be held on a Friday at 12pm (midday) at the MS Queensland Brisbane office at Level 2, 19 Lang Parade, Milton.
MS Queensland utilise the raffle barrel method to draw prize winners. This method has been approved by the Queensland Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation.
Results will be posted on the MS Limited Edition Art Union website and the MS Limited Edition Facebook Page on the afternoon of the draw. All ticket purchasers will also receive the results via email on the afternoon of the draw.
All prize winners will receive a phone call from MS Queensland and will also receive an official prize notification via email.
Ticket orders received after the close date/time or sell-out, whichever comes first, will automatically be entered into the next draw unless otherwise advised.
The following persons and their relatives (relatives are defined as spouse, including de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling) are ineligible to purchase tickets for themselves or on behalf of any other person: board members, senior managers, ticket fulfillment staff and fundraising staff at MS Queensland; the nominee of the lottery; directors and employees associated with the lottery draws.
The Promoters’ decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry, discontinue competition or amend rules if considered necessary, without notice (but subject to any required regulatory approval).
The completed entry and any information contained thereon shall remain the property of MS Queensland.

MS Queensland will refund your ticket purchase up to the day prior to the prize draw close date if you change your mind. Refund requests must be received by MS Queensland the day before the prize draw to be processed.
Refund requests need to be in writing and either posted to the MS Queensland Lotteries Team, Locked Bag 7, Milton QLD 4064 or emailed to lotteries@msle.com.au
Refunds will NOT be approved after the prize draw close date and time.
Lottery tickets are not tax deductible.
Minors are not eligible to claim alcohol as a prize where offered.

Each winner is required to complete a 100-point identification check.
If the winner chooses not to accept the prize, or if the prize is forfeited, MS Queensland reserves the right not to draw another winner.
It will be the winner’s responsibility to redeem the prize from the promoter.
No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.

Grand Prize
The Grand Prize winner(s) will have the option of selecting either a BMW M4 (RRP $166,350) or $166,350 in Gold.
The Grand Prize winner(s) will be given 48-hours from the time of notification to make their decision.
If the Grand Prize winner(s) elects to take the BMW M4, arrangements between Doncaster BMW and the Grand Prize winner(s) will commence immediately to order and arrange delivery of the prize. Delivery of the vehicle is ex-Brisbane and may take up to 6 months. The BMW M4 includes all on-road costs. Insurance and ongoing servicing are the responsibility of the winner(s).
If the Grand Prize winner(s) elects to take the $166,350 in Gold, they will be provided with the gold in an account with ABC Bullion. This will be organised within a maximum of 20 business days after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by an MS Queensland representative.
Early Bird Prize
Only tickets purchased before Midnight Wednesday, 9 February 2022 are eligible for the Early Bird Prize draw at 12pm on Friday, 11 February 2022.
The Early Bird Prize winner(s) will have the option of selecting either a Mazda CX-3 (RRP $26,950) or $26,950 in Gold.
The Early Bird Prize winner(s) will be given 48-hours from the time of notification to make their decision.
If the Early Bird Prize winner(s) elects to take the Mazda CX-3, arrangements Mazda Toowoong and the Early Bird Prize winner(s) will commence immediately to order and arrange delivery of the prize. Delivery of the vehicle is ex-Brisbane and may take up to 6 months. The Mazda CX-3 includes all on-road costs. Insurance and ongoing servicing are the responsibility of the winner(s).
If the Early Bird Prize winner(s) elects to take the $26,950 in Gold, they will be provided with the gold in an account with ABC Bullion. This will be organised within a maximum of 20 business days after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by an MS Queensland representative.
The Early Bird Prize winner(s) will be re-entered and will still be eligible to win the Grand Prize. The winner(s) will also still be eligible to win the Multi Ticket Bonus Prize if they have purchased 2 or more tickets (in the same name) in Draw 218. The winner(s) will also still be eligible to win the MS Autobuy Members Prize if they are an MS Autobuy member and hold a ticket in the current LE218 Draw.
Multi Ticket Bonus Prize*
To be eligible to win the Multi Ticket Bonus Prize, you must purchase 2 or more tickets in the exact same name, using the exact same contact details, in Draw 218.
You must purchase 2 or more tickets before midnight Wednesday, 2 March 2022, or before the draw sell out, whichever comes first.
Each ticket purchased will be eligible to win the Multi Ticket Bonus Prize.
The Multi Ticket Bonus Prize winner(s) will have the option of selecting either a Singapore Holdiay (RRP $10,000) or $10,000 Cash (AUD).
If the Multi Ticket Bonus Prize winner(s) elects to take the Singapore Holdiay, arrangements between Atlas Travel and the Multi Ticket Bonus Prize winner(s) will commence immediately. The holiday package includes:

The holiday must be taken within 12 months of the Multi Ticket Bonus Prize draw taking place. The holiday package is not valid at peak travel times and is subject to availability. Travel insurance or any other expenses, unless otherwise stated, are not included. If the winner(s) wish to negotiate alternative arrangements with Atlas Travel, this negotiation will be solely between the winner/s and Atlas Travel. MS Queensland will not enter into this process.
If the Multi Ticket Bonus Prize winner(s) elects to take the $10,000 Cash (AUD), a bank deposit or bank cheque will be made out to the ticket name holder(s). This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by an MS Queensland representative.
*The Multi Ticket Bonus Prize has now become its own separate prize draw. It's no longer connected to the Grand Prize and isn't dependent on the Grand Prize winner having purchased multiple tickets.
MS Autobuy Members Prize
The MS Autobuy Members Prize is a separate draw that consists only of tickets purchased by MS Autobuy members.
The MS Autobuy Members Prize winner(s) will have the option of selecting either a Fiji Luxury Escape (RRP $10,000) or $10,000 Cash (AUD).
The MS Autobuy Members Prize winner(s) will be given 48-hours from the time of notification to make their decision.
If the MS Autobuy Members Prize winner(s) elects to take the Fiji Luxury Escape, arrangements between Atlas Travel and the MS Autobuy Members Prize winner(s) will commence immediately. The holiday package includes:
Return airfares from Brisbane or Sydney
Return private transfers
