How to enter: a) Entry is open to members of the public who are over 18 and subscribe to receive communication from WineGrowers Direct including phone calls and emails.
The competition if not open to family of WineGrowers Direct staff. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, step-sister or first cousin.
b) Entry is made by signing up as a WineGrowers Direct subscriber as advertised in online on the WineGrowers Direct website. One entry is gained from signing up and it is not possible to sign up multiple times (through email address monitoring).
2. The prize: A single bottle of Penfolds Grange valued at $749.99. One entry will be received for a WineGrowers Direct subscriber signing up to receive our promotional communication, including emails and phone
b. All entrants must be over the age of eighteen years (18).
3. Entry instructions and prize information form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Entry opens from 27 January 2016 and closes midnight (AEDST time) 29 February 2016 (?Promotion Period?). Subscriptions after this date will not be eligible for entry in this promotion.
a) Prize pool:
i. One entry will be received for signing up to be a WineGrowers Direct Subscriber.
ii. Prize value equals up to $749.99 (including GST).
b. Prize Draw and notification details:
i. One entry will be received for signing up to be a WineGrowers Direct Subscriber during the promotional period.
ii. The Prize will be drawn at 10am on 4 March 2016.
iii. Notification date will be 7 March 2016. (via email and phone).
iv. If the prize is unclaimed, the re-draw date will be at 10am 19 April 2016 (by email and phone).
v. The re-draw notification date will be 21 April 2016.
4. Entries into the draw close midnight (AEDST time) on 29 February 2016. Prize draw will be conducted at Level 1, 110 Buckingham Street Surry Hills NSW 2010 at 10am (AEDST time) on 4 March 2016. The winners will be notified by phone and email. WineGrowers Direct will post the prize to the winner at their requested address. Details of the winner will be published in The Australian newspaper within 7 days after the prize has been redeemed.
