3. Entry into the Giveaway Promotion is open to Australian residents only aged 18 years or older.
4. The Promotion will commence on week of the 28/07/14 4:00pm AEST and end on 24/09/14 at 01:50am AEST.
5. During the Competition Period, entrants must:
i. Post a relevant image on Instagram with the hashtag #TsingtaoFoodPorn.
ii. All entries must be received during the Competition Period.
6. The prizes include a box of Supermi noodles (30) + case of Tsingtao.
7. This competition is skill-based; chance plays no part in determining the winner/s. Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on the time when the goal is scored.
8 The prize must be claimed in full by the closing date of the competition period.
9. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn at the promoter?s discretion.
10. The prize/s is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. The prize winner will be notified by an Instagram comment and Facebook post within three days of their win.
12. The names of the winner will also be posted to Facebook and Instagram.
13. Ettason & representatives of the Promoter reserves the right to validate the authenticity of entries and entrant details.
14. The successful prize winner accepts the prizes 'as-is'.
15. Ettason is not responsible for any variation in the value of the prize.
16. All decisions of Ettason in connection with the promotion are final and no correspondence is to be entered into.
17. If a winning comment entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry,the entry will be discarded and the Promoter will distribute the relevant prize to the next valid entry.

If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure,bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries.
