How will the winner be chosen?
The judging will occur on 24 July 2023. This is a game of skill, not chance. Entries will be judged based on originality and creative merit. The Promoter will select one winning entry. If the original winner's entry is invalid or the prize is forfeited, the Promoter reserves the right to select a reserve entry. The winner will be notified by direct message within two business days of the Promoter’s decision.
What happens if the winner is under 18 years of age?
If a winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
Is the prize transferable or can it be exchanged for cash?
The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
What happens if the winner does not claim the prize within the stipulated time?
If the winner does not claim their prize within seven (7) days from the date of the Promoter’s email notifying them as the winner, the prize will be forfeited. The Promoter shall then offer the prize to a new winner selected based on the criteria of originality and creative merit.
