An "Eligible Entrant" is an individual who is a resident of Australia who is aged 18 years or over. A resident of Australia is a person defined under Section 7(2) of the Social Security Act 1991. Eligible Entrant excludes employees and directors of the Promoter, Ultra Tune Australia Pty Ltd, its subsidiary companies or franchisee or director or employee of a franchisee of Ultra Tune Australia Pty Ltd.

Competition will be conducted in Australia over the period specified as follows: Competition opens on 16 July 2014 at 00:00hrs Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and closes on 31 August 2014 at 23:59hrs AEST.
PRIZE:
The prize comprises of a new Toyota 2014 Yaris YR 3 door hatch manual transmission with non-metallic paint (up to the value of $19,000 drive away). The prize value is inclusive of all on-road costs including dealer delivery and statutory charges, 12 months’ registration and stamp duty. The winner may exchange the said prize for cash ($19,000) at the discretion of the Promoter.
