How can one enter the promotion?
To enter, simply purchase either 1kg of coffee or a 60 pack of capsules via merlo.com.au during the promotion period. Each order that qualifies will provide one entry into the prize draw. There is no need to enter a promotion code at checkout or to be logged into a Friend of Merlo account. Additionally, all subscription customers with an active subscription containing 1kg coffee or 60 pack of capsules will automatically be entered into the draw.

What is the total prize pool amount?
The total prize pool is valued at over $2,000, which includes the coffee machine, the six months of coffee, and all the coffee accessories listed above.
How will the winner be chosen and notified?
The winner will be drawn randomly from all qualifying purchases and will be contacted on or before Wednesday 5 February 2025. The winner will be announced by 6pm on Friday 7 February 2025.
When will the prize be delivered?
The prize will be delivered to the winner at Merlo’s expense by no later than 28 February 2025.
Is there an option to exchange the prize for cash or credit?
No, there is no ability to exchange this prize for cash or credit.
